- Big rooms
- good breakfast - not so close to the city For us, the hotel was great - because we came only to 1 night and look for a nice and not expensive hotel to stay in. the room was large, they have nice service (booked for us ferry in advance), and the breakfast was realy realy nice. They also have daily shuttle to the beach so the distance problem is partially solved.

Walking distance from the beach and eating places. The room is clean and you have lots of privacy staying in the garden wing. Need to improve the furnishings in the room especially the lightings: the shower head in the bathroom was way to high. Very musty and outdated equipments in the gym; need to be upgraded This is my second time staying at Deevana Patong and my stay have always been tainted by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff at the reception. They hardly smile and very superficial in their approach. Our request to extend our stay at the hotel from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm due to our late evening flight at 9:05 pm was handled very rudely. Eventhough they allowed us to extend, it was done in a very harsh and unfriendly manner. Overall, to the hotel management, please retrain your reception staff to be more helpful and not rude to customers.

natural environment pretty far to the night market and shopping mall nice lobby with good breakfast and dinner buffet with live band singing every night
quiet location so i could really sleep well at night, but wall of the room may be a bit too thin as i could hear baby crying in the next room, so it was quite disturbing

Nice atmosphere! Very clean as well! Shapoos and bath gels are fragile and so slippery! I drop them all the time and explode! A bit far from batong beach Everything was almost perfect welcome grape juice to begin with and receptions welcomed nicely! Gyms provided and pool is quite large can fit more than 30 people easily! Will definitely stay again even the price is twice as much!

the jacussi in the deluxe room, doesn't have hot water!!, too much money for a tub w/ cold water.
the room is advertised w/ internet but the service has to be paid additionally per hour not ever per day. The experience in the Deevana Deluxe room is pleasant, very close to the pool bar, room is big, quiet, the spa is very nice and location is perfect right close to the spa rooms, the breakfast included is good buffet style, and the hours are very flexible for those leaving early in the morning as well as those that wake up late, everyone has a chance to go eat.

I enjoyed the location and price of the hotel. My room was very comfortable, and the staff was very curtious. I personally did not try the on site restaurant or other amenities, but was told by a member of my group the breakfast was amazing. There was a strong language barrier that made checking in a little more difficult that it should have been. At first, my jacuzzi was inoperable. Deevana Patong is a very well-kept resort style hotel a bit off the main streets of Patong Beach, Phuket. Upon arrival, my party was treated very well, and offered beverages while we waited to check in. Keys were delivered to us, and we were escorted to our rooms. The room was well presented with flowers and a bear shapedrol of towels for the pool. The mini bar is very affordable, and water is provided complimentary. Checking out was painless and a breeze. The only draw back was a strong language barrier. Checking in was made difficult by trying to explain why I didn't have the Agoda reservation letter and why I was unable to print it. However, the situation was handled and I would recommend staying at Deevana Patong to anyone.
Nightlife Tip : Many of the Phuket Sois are available a few blocks walk from the hotel, making Deevana Patong a nice place to stay a little off the main strip but stay well within walking distance.

Nice pool, quite place, good rooms, good breakfast Small ants coming out of sink. Atmosphere makes that you are actually in thailand because our rooms where on ground floor and there was a lots of palm trees.

tuk tuk to town is exspensive I love this hotel, it as everything I want, three pools one has A bar in the pool so you feel relaxed and in paradise sitting there having A drink although it is very exspensive to drink there and you are not allowed to bring your own drink to the pool. hit it inbetween four to five for the happy hour and buy one get one free, this makes it about the average price of all the bars.
I totaly enjoyed my stay here.

Travel tip : walk to town it only takes ten minutes and plenty of shops along the way.

First i check in to this hotel, reservation ask me for print vocher for check in and speak not polite to use waiting for 30 mins for check in. we stay there 3 nigts but maid not change towels for us. it's very bad

Value for money, location in Phuket, fantastic food market across the road, good staff Our room was out of the way, spa treatments were very expensive First went to this place 5 years ago and unfortunately it hasn't been looked after over the years. The room is good value for money but the food and spa treatments are very expensive. On the positive side the hotel is on the main road so go get your food from the market over the road and get spa treatments fora fraction of the cost

- quite tranquil for Patong, off from the main road and therefore quite
- great pool
- standard rooms simple but clean! - internet not inclusive (lobby access costs 100 baht, not too bad though) We booked the hotel last minute online for just 23 USD for one night and were highly surprised by the tranquil atmosphere of this hotel. Would recommmend to anyone who wants great value in Patong and can take a 5-10 Minute walk to the beach.

Good breakfast.
Nice swimming pool. The service at the reception was not exactly fantastic. The rooms were clean and the hotel pool was great. Breakfast was also very good, with a good combination of Thai and western food. The hotel also had a good location. It was not too near the beach so that it was noisy. However, it was also not too far (a 5-10 mins walk). I thoroughly enjoy my stay at the hotel and will definitely stay here again. For the low price I paid, the hotel far exceeded my expectations.
Restaurant Tip : The row of restaurants along the street outside of Deevana are worth checking out. Cheaper than the restaurants nearer to Patong.

Bar actually in the pool is superb. Good clean rooms with big bathrooms.
Staff are really nice and friendly. Good TV selection. Internet access is very poor.
Gym is not the best but your not really going to be using it on holiday are you? All in all I had a pleasant stay here. It is well back from the main road and away from the madness of Bangla.
Very good stay but wished there was better internet facilities.
