The hotel is located in large garden with many palms, trees and so on. We had room next to large garden pool, so it was very nice. When you return from Patong city center to the hotel you can hear frogs, birds - excellent, because outside you can hear only loud music and cars. Room standard was 3*-, quite clean, but really nothing special. I think rooms need some refresh. I didn't like housekeeping - every day something was lost - one day our pool towels disappeared and after a few (!) requests they were provided again, other day bath towels disappeared... so the hotels was really nothing special

Quiet environment with small rooms, real resort
5
overall, as a resort, deevana is not too bad. compared with hotels nearby along batong beach, it has quite and comfortable garden with swimming pool. you can spend whole day, lying on the chair, reading book, drinking, or jumping to the pool.
don't expect too much on the rooms, which is max 3 star standard. the bathroom design is very poor, the contain can't stop water spilling at all, meaning after shower, whole bathroom floor will be wet.
one thing really made me frustrated was extremely bad room service. housekeeping time is around 4pm everyday, although we left room since morning; forget to put complimentary drinking water, forget to replace mosquito repellent everyday, forget to change clean tower.......
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
close to Batong beach, 5 mins walking

Deevana Patong Resort & Spa offers good value for money with a fantastic location. It is an oasis in the madness of Patong Beach.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and able to converse in English.
This hotel is ideal for families and couples. However, if you are intending on bringing guests back overnight, be aware that there is a joiner fee.

The friendliest staff
The staff,the pools,the quietness
8.7
Was most impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. You can leave your rooom key at reception and when all staff can remember your room number on yopur return, how can you not be impressed.
I enjoyed the quietness of the garden wings, it was hard to imagine that a hotel so close to the action offered this serenity. This meant a short stroll from reception to your room which may not be for all but I actually enjoyed finding my way back to my room through the mazes. There are mosquito's because of the amount of trees but if you keep your door closed, they never bother you.
For solo travellers, the hotel employs a reasonable policy. You can register one guest free there after having to pay if you changed guests, if that is your thing.
Highly recommend this hotel, have stayed in many others in Patong.
Good sized rooms.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tuk tuks in Patong are a rip off at starting price and continually seeing handbags etc going missing, avoid them like the plague. Motorcycle taxis are the go or a Phuket town metered taxi for longer trips.

good hotel
nice and big with a good location
6.7
It was overall quite pleasant except when we got there, we had to upgrade ourselves to a superior room. The standard room was old and horrible. The superior room however was quite nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Kata beach has surfing. Didn't know until the last day so i missed it. Also it is a more quite and secluded beach then patong, the main beach.

Convenient Stay
Neat, spacious, good facilities, Well situated and reasonably priced. Friendly staff.
8.3
The hotel offers just about anything any traveler may require (2 huge pools, restaurant, spa, massage centre, travel service etc) and is very neat. It offers a good breakfast (wide selection), and is reasonably priced. Very friendly staff.
Quiet location, yet close to the main shopping district and about 400m to the beach.
