Great location & service, KidsClub a plus point!

The hotel is strategically located, right across Otop markets for shopping, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15-minutes walk to Jungceylon, but far away from the main streets of Bangla Rd and the pubs so it offers quietness and privacy. Hotel amenities are well-maintained, the bed is comfortable but there is no bathtub.
The service is very friendly, we were allowed to extend our check-out time to 2pm, and the staff are all smiles and never failed to greet us (our son picked up the common greeting 'khap koon kaa' from them!). What we loved the most is their Kids Club, the ball pool is big and clean, the staff of the Kids Club is ultra-friendly and very good with kids, my son didn't want to leave the KidsClub. There's also a pool-table and tv-room there, and the swimming pool although small is sufficient and most importantly clean.
We didn't try any of the meals at their restaurant but we noted that the prices were affordable.
We highly recommend this hotel for travellers with kids and those who want to be away from the loudness of Patong but within easy access to everything.

the hotel is convinently located, right next to hard rock cafe and a 15 min walk from jungceylon shopping mall.
however, it is often the last stop for day tour pick up, as it is located at the end of patong beach. thus, there will usually be a dalay from the original pick up time, as the travel service will usually pick up other travellers along patong beach first.

Located near hard rock cafe, so it very strategic location, just 8 minutes walk to junceylon ( big shopping mall )
The other positive thing is the breakfast, so many choice and delicious.
Negative things, room is too small and out to date. Bathroom not so clean, check out and check in process is too long so we must waited long.
the beach near the hotel not so clean, rather dirty beach.
Shopping Tip:
Just walk accros the hotel so you can find many shop sell shirt, bag and other ordinary need, If you want to eat good food you must walk to jungceylon big shopping mall in patong

my time at this destination!!!! Was splendid, I loved many features of this, my home away from home, firstly the entire presentation of this establishment, stylish , clean and helpful. I loved the triple waterfall spa area, loved also happy hour cocktails in the pool bar, swimming laps between 2 for 1 cocktails suited me perfectly. Breakfast winning staff were particulary warm and accommodating your every request.. Will return , next year, send me low season offers pls for july august next year, 2013.

Hotel walking distance to beach and nightlife

This hotel use to be the courtyard marriott and is connected to the Hard Rock Cafe. Everything is within walking distance.
The Hotel has two nice pools but wifi is limited to the hotel lobby.
