Nice hotel that's close to the beach
Close to beach; clean, good sized room; not too far from (or too close to) the nightlife

The hotel is very nice and a very short walk to the beach. It has a very nice pool and a great kids area that we rarely used but would be good on rainy days.
The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of the nightlife, which we thought was about right.
If you are only interested in the beach, the beaches in Karon and Kata are much nicer than Patong. It was about a 20 minute taxi ride from the hotel to Kata Beach.

Near to patong beach
Near to the beach, staff are friendly and room is spacious.

Check in and check out was fast and fuss free. Location is good, near patong beach and there is a mini mall opposite the beach. A little noisy at night due to the music from Hard Rock Cafe. Not a problem for our children. Didn't try out kids club, pool is shallow good for children. Breakfast was ok, tried to order room service one evening but no one pick up for about 30 mins. Dragged the tired kids to the cafe and food was below expectation.

Lovely hotel with good service

it a walking distance to the beach with stalls by the roadside. looking out for small lane next to holiday inn hotel as it is the path to the hotel from the beach side. the distance to patong shopping mall is around 20mins of walking.the only thing tat disappoint is partial of the kids club is closed for maintainence as it's part of the reason we choose the hotel so tat our baby can enjoy herself in the kids club. afterall it a pleasant stay.

Toilet is a bit small, no bath tub . double bed is small as well ...
B/F is not that fantastic .only the location is good for shopping ,dinning and spa.
room is quite clean overall.
Staff are efficient and helpful.

Nice hotel, room is pretty small but overall vy satisfied. I had 2 kids and 1 baby in tow and requested for king size bed and the hotel added 2 roll out bed for my kids for free. Walking distance to beach and various shopping area. Highly recommend for family and they have a vy nice kids room that keep my kids occupied.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't go to the laundry and massage that next to hotel as beach front offer more better price.

Nice interior design, good location, clean, reasonable price and very friendly staffs. there are are two things everybody has to know. first, the bathroom very small and there is no elevator in very side of the building, so if you were unlucky you have to walk far to the elevator.
The rest are good for this hotel.
We had a nice holiday.

We only stayed there one night but the staff where very friendly and helpful, it is right in the heart of everything which is very convenient. Breakfast was good, room nice and clean but nothing fancy so don't expect so much.
