No longer the Marriott it used to be

Very lousy housekeeping. Firstly, the room floor wasn't clean when we get the room. We have to get housekeeping to clean the sandy floor. When the housekeeping staff came, the mop he used stinks! Secondly, the bed was full of sand. We felt itchy throughout the night. Think the bedsheet wasn't changed for a long time. Thirdly, we have requested for an extra blanket and we have to call the housekeeper 4-5 x over 2 days for the blanket!

Room smells bad,but it located at a very good place which near the beach and bars. If you want a good massage and shopping, this would be a good pick, but if you want a better room the hotel next to it would be much better!

Located near hard rock cafe, so it very strategic location, just 8 minutes walk to junceylon ( big shopping mall )
The other positive thing is the breakfast, so many choice and delicious.
Negative things, room is too small and out to date. Bathroom not so clean, check out and check in process is too long so we must waited long.
the beach near the hotel not so clean, rather dirty beach.
Shopping Tip:
Just walk accros the hotel so you can find many shop sell shirt, bag and other ordinary need, If you want to eat good food you must walk to jungceylon big shopping mall in patong

Great hotel stayed here again

We stayed this hotel 2 yrs ago, it was Courtyard, but still great service and location as usual !! The breakfast is tipical Buffet one, very nice staff, they very helpful and friendly, I strongly suggest anyone who want to live in Patong to choose this hotel.

There was no wi-fi in the room as promised nor AC in the hallways or elevators. Prices in the lobby from the quick-stop shop were very steep as were the tours. The hotel even charges an additional 200 THB when they make a taxi reservation to the airport. To top everything off roaches were falling out of the ceiling vent in the lobby. The manager just shrugged when it was brought to his attention. From what I understand Mariott recently dropped this chain from their sponsorship, based on what I could see of the hotel I would have done the same. They clearly lacked respect for their customers and have the philosophy of "my way or the highway".
Shopping Tip:
Don't buy anything from the hotel lobby, prices are much lower just around the corner.

Great location and excellent value

Although the rooms are a little dated overall this hotel is great value for money and still of a good enough standard to be a 4 star resort. Staff were helpful, breakfast was awesome and the location is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
Shopping Tip:
Very close proximity to the Otop markets so is great for multiple short shopping trips which is very handy in the heat. Can also return to own hotel room to go to the bathroom before venturing back to the markets which are definitely worth visiting a few times.

房間舒適, 寬敞, 清潔, 近海灘, 近食市!! 是一間不錯的酒店, 不出門也能舒服的享受,雖然酒店游泳池比較細, 但有按摩池,環境也不錯!! 美中不足是房間沒有wifi, 要到大堂登記才有一天免費的wifi。

當日凌晨二時才到達酒店，甫進入酒店即受到親切招呼，酒店的服務員送上數杯冰凍飲料，在炎夏的晚上送上一份清涼。一會便上房間了，房間很是整潔，不過打開房間時有少許的不爽味道，幸好味道被冷氣驅散。最叫人舒服及驚喜的是那對枕頭，我的媽媽激讚具水準，令人可盡快入夢。總括而言，此酒店位置交通方便，價格合理，值得推薦。

就位于普吉岛的巴东海滩，前是海，后是街，进出很方便。

露天的游泳池、按摩池，还有儿童室内天地，都很不错。
但是Black Rock就在酒店的沿街一侧，晚上震耳欲聋的歌声和音乐，有扰民。
顶楼的空调外机，也在晚上有蛮大声音，半夜就有甚
