One of the best

we were delighted with this hotel. we had a group of mixed demographics - couples, families and everyone was wrapped with this hotel. many who had traveled to thailand before said it was one of the best they've been to. great, quiet and child friendly beach. well stocked breakfast buffet. amazing staff that go above and beyond plus the spa is really well priced compared to other resorts in the area. without a doubt the best value for money resort in nai yang
Restaurant Tip:
head to the bamboo bar for happy hour! a great deal and a great vibe.
select the villa if you're a couple - huge private pool, four poster bed and privately gated.
for families, the apartments have full kitchens and are spacious... they can even do your grocery shopping for you before hand if you want.

Very nice hotel in great location

great location on a nice quiet, clean beach. very good sized rooms - we had a suite which was perfect. two nice pools, and sun beds on the beach.
service was charming though more attention to replenishment of items at breakfast time would be an improvement - i had to ask for something to be replenished on every day of my stay i think. quality of breakfast was good. didn't eat at the hotel otherwise as lots of great value places along the beach.
highly recommended.

We thought the hotel was fantastic but service was poor. The staff wasn't helpful and we spent a lot of time trying to trouble shoot. We were overcharged for our room and spent over an hour the next morning trying to adjust that. Then we booked a second night (because we missed ferry due to delays with charges) and got "upgraded" to a pool villa. This was very nice and greatly appreciated until we tried to use the internet to book our hotel for the following night and discovered the free wi-fi offered didn't work in our room. We were sent a computer tech to fix it and he was unsuccessful so we ended up spending two hrs in the lobby on the front desk members laptop instead of enjoying our beautiful villa. For the price you pay for the rooms we were terribly disappointed with the customer service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't book excursions through your hotel. It is more expensive than booking through tour companies in town or along beach near by

we are showing up really late at the hotel 5:00 in the morning, and the reception were expecting us and giving us very warm welcome and drinks towels and everything. really nice services even we just staied one night for transit to phuket hotel closer to the city.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go morning to the back of the hotel where the national park is, the sun rise is amazing.

Great facilities and staff at Terrace Grill

i booked a regular suite at the dewa phuket hotel. i arranged for airport pick up and was greeted by the driver upon my arrival. i had requested for an early check in and my request was accommodated. even better, they had upgraded me to a private pool villa! the private pool villa was awesome -- own pool, living room, big, comfy princess bed, outdoor bathroom, etc. when i had lunch at the terrace grill (the resort's restaurant), i noticed they didn't serve chicken green thai curry, and i mentioned to this to the waiter. he immediately said he will request the kitchen to prepare it specially for me. so good! the only thing i found weird abut dewa phuket hotel was when i took the laundry bag with me, since i had used it to store my dirty clothes. i do this in all other hotels i have stayed at (take the laundry bag, whether it was plastic or cloth, to store dirty clothes). upon check out, they asked me to return it.

Nice location and landscaping. the staff were very nice and helpful
, they spoke good English. We stayed in a pool villa for 4 nights. while the outdoor shower is fun, the outdoor toilet and sink are not fun in hot humid weather. The Internet to our room was not working most of the time. The netting around the bed makes it very hot at night, even with the AC on. The beds are very comfortable though. The food was always served cold and service at breakfast was next to impossible. Everyone was complaining. Nice bathroom amenities. The outside door to the yard was difficult, it's attractive but has a wood bar you push, hard to explain but not easy to lock and unlock.
Good airport pick-up. Overall, I think the cons outweighed the pros and we'll stay somewhere else next time.

Excellent hotel, the pool villa is in perfect condition, the breakfast is full . I think the price is acceptable because I really enjoy it. Only the location is far to Phuket town, you can get the shuttle bus by the hotel ,or get the taxi, but the taxi is quite expensive from hotel to patong beach or Phuket town.

i can't say anything bad about this place. the location was great. at first i thought it would be too close to the airport but the planes never bothered us. its right next to a beautiful national ocean park. nice quiet beach across the street and hotel has its own area and chairs on the beach. nai yang is a very cute little town. perfect for couples or families, this is not a party spot. good restaurants nearby and a nice breakfast. loved the place
