As a family of four I was suprised to find out that the room we had booked via Agoda had just one small bedroom instaead of two. We booked for two adults and two children. Apart from a Queen sized bed there was one extra bed but no way of sleeping four in that room. We arrived late evening and were all tierd and the hotel told us that this is what we booked and we are not going to get a larger room. They didnt seem to understand that it was not possible for four to sleep in this suite. We finally did get a family room but had to pay extra for it. Since it was low season (70% discount according to the hotel) and Dewa was hardly booked would have expected a free upgrade since it wasnt our fault. No one ever mentioned anything about this incident anymore during our stay which one would expect.
In regards to the hotel the rooms are nice and very good in size (including a kitchen). Would also want to mention the kids club with very friendly staff and last but not least the very good breakfast. Buffet is small but one can order a la carte. There is a free shuttle bus to Phuket Town and Patong but if one wants to get to the airport you need to pay 300 baht unless the room booking is done directly via the hotel.
Downside is the beach which is not very nice. Also there was no constant hot water in the room. Shower kept getting cold.

the hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, a bonus after a long flight. a bit remote from island's main centers & attractions, 40 minutes drive or so. the location is very suitable for those who seek peace and distance from the crowds. beach a minute's walk from the hotel, secluded and beautiful. the hotel provides free shuttle, once a day to center. breakfast is excellent and varied. the room is very comfortable and spacious. pampering and excellent service.

I'm usually a budget traveller and there are plenty of good cheap rooms in Thailand, but I wanted to splash out a bit and try somewhere more luxurious and I wasn't disappointed. I got a pretty good off-season rate. The suite rooms are huge and have just about everything you could think of including a pretty good kitchenette. The only problem was the hot water was temperamental.
The pools are nice, but the two fitness rooms are barely adequate. They should combine them into one bigger room. The free breakfast was a mini-buffet plus some ordered items. Pretty good.
The location is OK. Near the airport but quiet. The beach is scenic but full of rubbish. There are some restaurants and bars further down the road and lots of ordinary local shops about 1km away towards the main road. This place is good as a relaxing getaway but obviously not suitable for people looking for nightlife. Having your own wheels would be useful if you wanted to explore further.
I had a look at the pool villas as well but I think they're too small and the private pools are more like water features than proper pools. They're private and romantic, but I thought the suites were better value.

very quiet hotel for relaxation at rare people stepped nai yang beach. free renting bike for a beach road explore and local bazar glancing. the only thing not perfect is the sea water clarity will really disappointed you.

its hard to believe, but this hotel simplz fullfil all of our requirements. that means great big room with all equipment which is necessarz for families traveling with zoung children, perfect cleanleness, awesome services and very friendly and helpfull staff. if i comming back to phuket again, this will be definetely our hotel.

Dewa Phuket Villa is an awesome place to stay. The Villa has its own privacy, pool size is big! However i would suggest maintenance is needed for the pool as many leaves floating on the pool of water. Very convenient Villa too, as you may find several Minimarts at a walking distance of 500m away from the hotel. The breakfast is tasty too. The Villa is very clean too, the bedsheets, sofa, the floor is clean.
Very romantic, as they provide candles and lemongrass oil (great aroma!)which allows you to sleep soundly. Overall their service is excellent!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel provides free transport to Patong Beach and Jungceylon where you can save money on taking taxis.
