i stayed here on business but felt like i was on holiday! rooms where great, clean and spacious with good layout. didn't quite get to hang out at the pool but it looked fun. got to enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening over patong beach. well priced spa, especially if you go for the 2-1 deal. one thing that was a bit frustrating was that some of the staffs english was not that great. would definitely like to come back some day.

Avant notre séjour à cet l'hotel, nous avons adressé 4 questions via le site web de l'hotel : nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse.
Lors de notre arrivée à 15 h, notre chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons du attendre 1 heure.
Alors que l'hotel héberge plus de 500 clients, il n'y a que 4 navettes de 12 places espacées d'une heure de 18h à 21h pour accompagner les Clients au centre ville (2 km). Il n'y a aucune navette prévue pour vous raccompagner à l'hotel le soir.
L'entretien général laisse à désirer : de nombreuses feuilles mortes, fleurs jonchent les allées et le contour des piscines. Les cendriers ne sont vidés qu'une seule fois par jour (dans les batiments et autour des piscines).
Le personnel est tres peu attentionné : 1 sur 2 dit bonjour le matin, mon épouse à du elle meme deplacer son transat sans assistance pour le mettre à l'ombre, aucune assistance lors de mon retour de plongée avec mes 20 kgs de matériels pour m'aider à les porter vers ma chambre.

ฟิตเนสดีมาก เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับงานยุ่งตลอดจนบริการไม่ดี เข้าพักจริงได้รับคำตอบว่าโรงแรมเป็น 4 ดาวครึ่ง ไม่ใช่ 5 ดาว แต่บริการดารพูดจาทั่วๆไปเหมือนเกสต์เฮาส์ ไม่ดูแลลูกค้าเหมือนทีเราจ่ายเงิน ระดับ 5 ดาว

兩天一夜住宿,參加會議的緣故,僅停留在飯店附近.離海灘非常近,所以想水上活動的旅客十分方便.加上旅館的數目非常多,即使艷陽高照,也十分涼爽.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
海灘不錯.雖然飯店在山腰,但是提供方便的shuttle bus來回房間.房間面對海灘,視野很好,可以看到整個海灣的風景.十分適合度假與蜜月的旅客.
