Quiet location with nice view
I like the service, especially the shuttle service ferrying me to my room

My stay at the hotel was an enjoyable one. Though we were on the hllslope, we did not have a problem leaving the hotel promises as there was a regular shuttle service. I enjoyed the complimentary 1kg of fruit that I received during my stay there.

Fantastic Swimming Pools
The swimming pools were lovely

This was our third stay at this hotel. It is tucked far enough away from the busy town centre to be peaceful but just a three minute tuk tuk ride gets you straight to the action. Nice hotel although our room did smell damp when we first arrived. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice.. They got 3 different location of swimming pool.. One is very huge and the other one is across the street and facing the sea. Our room is 1522, 1524 (standard room) and 2708 (ocean view room with jacuzzi).. We r actually very lucky coz all of the room r facing the sea. Everyday we get free chocolate and drinking water + 1kg of fruit for each room.. Very nice!! We would go n stay there again. This hotel should be rated as 5 star hotel!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel have free shuttle service for their guest to go to the patong city and paradise beach.. So no need to worry about transportation.

The resort is locaten at the end patong beach road when road going up cliff about 2km from patong center using taxi one way 200 bat to beach road but the resort shuttle will take you one way afternoon starting 6pm every one houre suttel trip my booking was super delux rooms the old building rooms are big size furnture ok and bathroom a kind of old but clean reception located at front near the road we have walk up to the rooms 3 minuts walk or we ride shuttle the resort good for honey mooners but as family i would suggest dome where eles my breakfast is big but most of it asian they dont change so if you stay aomw daya you get fed up from breakfast. The wonder is a resot so poor english speaking all staff super delux rooms old

Nice rooms but old fahsion hotel with poor service

Hotel conveniently located far from the noise of Patong Center, on a small hill overlooking the Andaman Sea.
We booked a suite whihc was very spacious and confortable.
Our stay went pretty well, but I would say many amenities of the hotel would need to be maintained or refreshed...kind of oldfashioned.... and the staff is frankly inneficient...I guess none of them have been trained and very poor level of english.

Lovely presented hotel in great location just past the sights of Patong beach. Easy access and lovely room. Great pool area- worst part was wifi only available in foyer and outside the room.
Staff was excellent and free minibus into Phuket town and other spots

The hotel room was simply fabulous, found it hard to get out of bed in the morning. I love how the pictures on the website reflected the actual room, something I find quite rare with other hotels. Service by staff was excellent. The hotel is also quite a distance from Patong main spots, spent quite a lot on transportation every time we wanted to get to town and back to the hotel, which was pretty often. The hotel is a great idea if you plan to spend more quality time at the hotel with your family/ loved ones instead of going out to town most of the time. Also, quite surprised that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to use the tennis court out of their pre-fixed schedule (which was only once at 8am on a Saturday throughout our stay from Friday morning til Sunday). Not sure if it should be called Hotel Facilities if guests are required to pay to use it. But mom who use the tennis court that one time said it was very well-maintained. Hotel staff even acted as a ball picker! Overall happy :)

Disappointed after reading reviews

Having read all the reviews about this hotel we were really disappointed. Although the rooms are large and spacious, they were not the most comfortable. We stayed during green season, the restaurants were not always open, there was also no room service available while we stayed. Breakfast was expensive and of poor quality. The hotel was reasonably quiet but there were still not enough sun loungers for the guest staying. The kids club was suitable for young children,one room with soft play areas, no outside area for the children to play. This was not mentioned when listed as one of the hotel facilities. Having spent the previous week in a hotel with the same star rating this hotel needs to be reassessed.
Restaurant Tip:
Many fabulous restaurants along the seafront.

泊まる前にレビューを見ると、「日本人が多く、旅行に行った気がしないのでは？」との懸念。ところが行ってみると、安心感があり最高。ソフト面では、プーケットNo1のホテルです。「日本人に会いたくない」と思う人にもお勧め出来ます。朝食の日本食も美味、スタッフも迅速に対応して頂けました。パトンビーチまでの無料シャトルが、1日3本(帰りは自力)は、中心部から歩いても20分程度ですので、運動には最適、疲れたら、トゥクトゥクで！雰囲気も良く、プールでまったり、夜は中心部までと言った使い方をされると良いと思います。プーケットに行った際は、一度は泊まってみては如何でしょうか？浮気をしても、また戻って来たくなるそんなホテルですよ(笑)
