all was good, except if they can make the buggy service all around the clock will be better and more friendly to the guest because a lot of guest will come back after 12 midnite since phuket is an entertainment island and the area is hilly.

lovely hotel with views

We got a room with great views onto the water. The room comes with a complimetary visit to the fruit shop. The bathroom was well stocked and the room was clean, comfortable with air condition. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a travel desk for you to book/ask tours from.
Would recommend for another visit.

generally we enjoyed our stay there. the location and setting of the hotel is excellent. now as regards to service, everyone smiles but in reality unable to assist either because they dont understand any english or do not have the authority!

I chose this Hotel as the rooms looked lovely on the website. It certainly lived up to all expectations. On arrival we were met with a friendly, informed check in, including a refreshing welcome drink.
I was very impressed with the range of dining options at the Hotel catering for every taste. The breakfast buffet was great for those who like a hearty breakfast but I opted for the a la carte menu which was lovely.
Overall I would stay here again!
Shopping Tip:
We took a taxi each day to the Jungceylon shopping mall for only 200 baht. Great place to shop!
We also had a night at the Fantasea Dinner & Show which included some amazing acts & highlights.

The service was pretty good, kind persons. The position of the Hotel is good, quiet cause it's far enough from the bars, but not too far so that you can walk to wherever you want in Patong Beach. If your room is in the high part of the hotel tho you are going to need to get on the shuttle or it will be a tough "climb". My room was big and clean enough, in the room there is everything you may need but it looks a little bit old in it's furniture.

I stayed in a delux suite when at diamond cliff and it was great. There were 2 of us sharing a room and it was extremely spacious . The food was great and staff very friendly. I had been to Thailand a few times prior and had always wanted to stay at diamond cliff, I'm glad I finally did. They have 3 pools, plenty of pool chairs and one pool across the road looking at the beach. They also have a shuttle bus that will take you to paradise beach daily. There was nothing tha staff wouldn't do for you, I highly reccommend this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
When in paying ensure you go to the phuket town night market, this runs on a Saturday and Sunday night, it will cost around 700 baht to get a driver to take you and bring you home, it's really cheap and very busy. Highly reccommend it.
