Adele H. Groups Australia, February 15, 2012	Dissapointing Only 5 mins drive from Phuket airport 2.7 First it took about 15 minutes after arriving to find someone in reception. After ringing the doorbell a few times and knocking on the house door someone arrived. We were traveling in a group of 5, a couple to one room and a triple in the other. We were shown to one room for the couple only to find that our friends couldn't even stay at the same hotel as there were no more rooms available, so the lady at reception sent them two doors down to the neighbouring hotel. We were not happy with the quality of the room shown for the couple as it had cigarette burns on the tables and sheets and smelled of smoke. After complaining we were sent to the other neighbouring hotel where our friends were and weren't much more impressed by the room there. We had booked a triple room for them only to find their room only had 2 single beds (for three big boys). After complaining they provided a small and very thin sponge mattress for one to sleep on the floor. The hotels are far from restaurants or anything other than the airport.

Anourom P. Solo travelers France, February 28, 2012	Tres decu de ce aue jai vu il y a la clim 5 juste passe la nuit. arrive tard, je voulais me reposer. mais la chanbre sentais le moisi du a l humidite. puis j ai du entrer en guerre avec les moustiaues avant de dormir.
