Heavenly stay with great hotel service and spa

Everything was great from the moment we got picked up from the airport. The villa was luxurious with a nice full bathroom and a bedroom surrounded by pool. Our personal housekeeper handed us a Nokia upon our arrival, and provided help to us whenever needed. The spa at Banyan Tree was one of the best I have experienced. We had dinner at the Tre, a French and Vietnamese Fusion restaurant. The restaurant staff set up a private in-door table for us when we told them that we prefer not to be outside (because of mosquitoes).

Everything was perfect except food and cleaning could be done better. Especially in villa breakfast and buffet dinner is no where near banyantree's reputation. Otherthan that, makes you feel so special and important. We decided to come back later when we have kids.

一踏出機場登上計程車，向司機講Banyan Tree，司機便表情誇張地稱讚我們選了好地方，還不忘擧起大拇指，害怕我們不理解。到達Resort,門口就站着三四個接待的工作人員，看到我們，忙親切地打招呼，搬行李，帶我們到Lobby check in,知道我們訂的是Double Pool Villa,立即態度更殷勤了，招呼我們在這等給我們配備的私人24小時管家。
Resort周邊和Villa裏面的環境都是一流的，每天都有多個工作人員兩次清潔打掃屋子，新鮮時令水果更是一應俱全。每次我們出去完回來就像剛入住時的整齊樣，簡直是帝王般的享受！
接着幾天我們的私人管家照顧我們一切所需，無微不至。酒店的早餐更是值得一提，中式，泰式，西式等多種精美的早餐任君選擇，還有專人即場為你準備你所喜歡的蛋類早餐。我們起得晚，常常把這豐富的早餐當成午餐一併吃！
總而言之，這是一家非常好，幾乎無可挑剔的Resort,只是價格真的有點貴！^^

雖然所費不貲，但是入住之後仍然覺得物有所值。住進梲榕莊後只想一整天都待在裡面，不想離開。專屬的沙灘很漂亮，一定要去看夕陽；spa也一定要去體驗一下。

일단 시작부터 저희를 위한 매니저가 붙어서 하나부터 열까지 다 챙겨줍니다. 밥도 시키면 매니저가 와서 다 차려주고 우린 그냥 앉아서 먹고, 치우라고 연락하면 알아서 치워주고.. 지상 낙원이 따로 없음... ㅠㅠ
그리고 방도 엄청 넓고 깨긋하고 호수가 보이는 수영장은 정말 내가 꿈꿔오던 낙원~ 그곳에서의 하루가 너무 황홀하고 짧게만 느껴졌다... ㅠㅠ 감히 최고라 말할만한 호텔.

호텔 주변엔 아무것도 없고.. 호텔에만 있으면 모든게 다 해결~ 딴게 필요없고 그냥 쉬면 되는 곳~

悦榕庄一直都是顶级的酒店，所以对于硬件设施没有什么可以挑剔的了。私人泳池非常大，而且卧室的设计让人感觉非常舒服放松，可惜的就是卧室周围的小泳池收拾的不是很干净。可以看出来打扫的不是很精心。员工的服务态度比较一般，尤其感觉对中国客人的服务比较应付，但是贴身管家的服务非常好，人也非常的NICE，如果中国去的客人可以考虑选择贴身管家BRIAN。酒店的整体水平非常好，但是可能有些小的细节的地方还需要提高，让人感觉不是很温馨。早餐感觉一般勉强够了五星酒店的标准。整体感觉性价比有点偏低，自己花钱去的话不强烈推荐。

不虚此行，身心放松的好地方
环境非常优美、高雅，典型的泰国建筑。服务态度好，打扫及时。

看了网上的攻略选择了这家双泳池的别墅悦榕酒店，这里的别墅非常适合家庭居住。特别是带泳池的那个卧室，三面玻璃墙，外面是碧蓝的泳池和美丽的鸡蛋花树，感觉棒极了！酒店的背景音乐也是一个亮点，客厅、卫生间和卧室可以同时播放，美极了，心都沉静下来。
院子里的私家无边泳池，被绿色包围着，还有个小小的可以冒气泡的按摩泳池，很适合老人和孩子玩。
管家的服务非常好，打扫卫生很及时，一天两次。酒店每个员工都很有素质，有礼貌，不卑不亢。每天都安静的，有条不紊的做好自己的工作，让人很感动。
孩子可以参加龟龟俱乐部的活动，有蜡染、涂色什么的免费课程，孩子很喜欢。但可惜没有儿童游乐设施。需要改进。
不太满意的是，网上攻略上说的迷你吧里的饮料和小零食是免费的。结果我们发现是不免费的，而且很贵。对于这么高的房价来说，让人有些不舒服。
还有就是酒店的自助餐太贵，虽然精细些，但种类不是很多。
离沙滩非常远，进了酒店就只能在酒店里活动了。
