Perfect R&R hotel with pampering on hand

THere were 6 of us altogether and we all agreed that it was a fantastic place to stay. We had 3 nights then two weeks sailing and returned to Dusit Thani for 2 nights before returning home to Australia.

Overall an enjoyable experience but let down by poor restaurant service. Even allowing for the peak Easter week the restaurant service management was awful, long waiting times, incomplete orders and many short tempered customers. The local staff were trying very hard but hampered by poor organization.

Easy place to stay. Some good features, but not enough to warrant 5-stars. Close to a great beach, the Italian and Thai restaurants are not bad. Plenty of greenery. Good size and lay-out of hotel overall. Gym is fine too.

Overall it was just ok, I thought it was too expensive and not worth the value though. The dining experience was always stressful, the staff was not attentive as their English wasn't great and food did not come in time.

Room are too small and too simple. The only advantage is that, it was located at the beach front. For the club rooms, I will only rate it to a 4star (max.).

everything is just ok. Im expecting to have a better design or bigger room with the price I paid. Club Rooms are so small, the design is more of a motel than a five star hotel. But the villas are great.

It was a bad start with the Aircon not working but they shifted us to another room. The Manager Ms Natwara was concerned & took interest in making us happy & thus gave us a Complimentary Dinner & transfer. Bad things can happen in any Hotel but the art of still making the Guest who has spent money feel good about it is important ! Also the Staff is always smiling & courteous.
