lovely hotel

The hotel is so huge. It has a private beach and the view is excellent. Our apartment has 3 floors, with a private pool on the roof. The service is good and the staffs are nice. It's a good choice if you want to have a relax holiday.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

The whole family loved the hotel. Great service, location, food, and beach. From the moment we checked in, the service was helpful and friendly. Great room with view over the ocean. The Casuarina Restaurant on the beach was a favorite for lunch - good selection of wines.

Great hotel, lovely pool and gardens
Beautiful setting in the Laguna area

Check in was smooth and easy and the staff very polite and efficient. The room was on the third floor with easy access to the garden/beach and car park. Only saw 1 lift. Room was big, comfortable and refurbished with a bath and shower and balcony. Overall it was a bit expensive but it is in the Laguna area so you don't have to worry about anything.

Great room - awful service
We were upgraded after waiting 9 hours for our room

We arrived in preparation for the Laguana Phuket Triathlon - an event as a group of colleagues we have participated in for the last 5 years. However, we were unable to get into our room until 6pm, and were then told a late check out was not possible. In the end we were very disappointed with the experience we had with the check-in staff. However, the room was lovely.

I was split up with my boyfriend on our trip in Phuket,I was check out from other Hotel in Laguna and first In my mine is Dusit Thani! Check in with staff smiles that take my problem away, wake up in the morning with fantastic view of The sea that some thing could not be wrong. End of my stay with the full of bean and ready to new start!! because of Dusit Staff services make my Holiday. Thank you

The resort staff were friendly & welcoming. Tour services at the hotel were fantastic and efficient. Great quality for price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
John Gray boat & Canoe tour of caves was amazing. Great staff if you have children

Friendly staff, nice environment.
Dustin Thai staff is highly appreciated. We request to change the room and they can response within five minutes, it's efficient. The only matter is the hotel shuttle bus fees is much expensive than outside travel agent.

A beautiful hotel in the world of it's own.

Situated in a gated area where there are at least another 6 hotels, you feel safe and protected. There surrounding of this place is really green and serene. I like the free shuttle service and well as the ferry ride along the lagoon. Dusit Thani is beautiful and well maintained (if I am not mistaken , the hotel is at least 20 years old) The surrounding is peaceful and very green. The beach is nice and clean. The only complain i have is the hotel is very far away from town. You have to pay quite a fair bit for taxi and there is no other entertainment or good shopping nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet.
