Great & Comfortable Hotel
i like the design, You can use camera to shoot any angle of the hotel. the "coffee mama" at the restarant was "Super". The pool is great as well..

This hotel was located at the hilltop, it's not so convenient unless you have a transport.
its just 5 mins to Kata beach,massage center or restarant by car.
I will recommend to rent a car from the airport to this hotel, because taxi fare will be 900b and if u rent acar, its just 1000b for 24 hours... i got the good due 3600b for 4 days...
its good to have a car since Phuket was quite big and the transport was not cheap!

Nice room with nice designed, food are good both thai 'n western. nice view at restuarant and bar but swimming pool is not suited for thai cuase it's very close to restuarant. bathtub is rarely use because it's outide the room and others can see.
Their service and cleaning is far from 4stars standard, i dropped the plastic bag close to the bath for 2days and it was there until we left. Hotel charged me for a broken shampoo bottle which i didn't do. that's why i say this hotel is far from 4stars.
But if you don't mind on little things you can try this hotel. it's not bad for the new hotel they just need to be improved 'n trained.

trendy hotel but too far from town

new and trendy hotel with different approach, more young and suit for couple. senior citizen & young kids might find a bit hassle to walk by stair to reach to room, staff are very busy and pity for them to carry luggage from lobby to room so for the management i requested to put more front counter staff, waitress to do a better hospitality job.
overall i like the hotel, room design, restaurant and swimming pool.
need to have more variety in breakfast selection for those who stay more than a day.

The most beautiful hotel we lived in Thailand. It's a designer hotel with old cameras in each room. Perfect vier of Kata beach from the swimming pool. Nice Breakfast. 15 minutes by walking.

Great hotel with lovely rooms and amazing views over the mountains. The restaurant and pool area can't be faulted. An otherwise perfect stay was marked by a few hopefully teething issues. First it's up a very steep hill which is a tough walk so means constant taxis. The hotel should invest in a free shuttle perhaps or it would suit people who don't want to leave during their stay. Secondly the restaurant setting was perfect and the food was nice but the menu was very limited. There might be more people eating if there was more variety! Lastly it's not child friendly at all, no high chairs etc in the restaurant. This may be a no children hotel but this wasn't mentioned when I booked and I saw quite a few small children during my stay so they either need to better cater for them or make it clearer that they are not allowed.
The positives do outweigh the negatives though, we had a lovely stay and the staff were very good.

เป็นโรงแรมใหม่ห้องพักใหม่ กว้างสบาย เตียงใหญ่มาก วิวสวยเฉพาะบริเวณสระน้ำ มุมถ่ายรูปเยอะสมชื่อ แต่ยังมีจุดที่ต้องปรับปรุงหลายจุด เช่น จากห้องพักขึ้นไปล็อบบี้ไม่มีลิฟท์ต้องเดินหรือเรียกรถมารับ ทางขึ้นค่อนข้างชันและอันตราย อาหารเช้าและในเมนูอาหารมีน้อยมาก พนักงานน้อยจึงให้บริการบางส่วนล่าช้า พนักงานตรงล็อบบี้ไม่ยิ้มแย้ม ทางเข้าโรงแรมหายากต้องสังเกตุดีๆ ไกลจากตัวเมืองพอสมควร
