We arrived late at night and there was nobody there so we had to phone someone to come check us in...a young girl and she was rude and annoyed with us. After 30 hours of no sleep and just wanting a bed....I wasn't impressed...the rest of our stay was pleasant enough but we didn't have to see her again so that probably helped!!!!

the hotel is conveniently situated just 3 minutes walk from the beach and is not far from the lively nightlife. the downside is the view from the bedroom window is a brick wall

location is great, very near to the beac but have water problem.water is not running on second,fourth day and we end up have no shower to go out. staff is friendly but slow to respond complaint.decent facilities. you need to get luggage upstair with no lift

when we arrived we noticed that the aircon is not that cold enough, they said they will repair in 2 hours. but still not resolved i was abit frustrated and wanted to transfer hotel, they offered us another room on different hotel adjacent to them. we agreed and the next day everything was fixed, me and my wife appreciate the effort they did, they are so friendly, and keeps on apologizing.
definitely we will go back to this hotel again.

The rooms are quite poor but adequate; hard bed, no iron or kettle, safe, aircon, tv, minifridge. For its location there is little to no noise and very close to the beach, main street and bars. The staff are helpful with tours but the price is more expensive because they are selling their friends services.

We had booked Delux room and so it was: big, comfortable bed, balcony with seaview on top floor. Safe free of charge in room. Everything worked fine. Only 100 meters to beach and some 5 minutes walk to BangLa Road. When we stayed om Patong famous Illusionist Joe Labero was there. Cheep tickets and a great show. Even more fantastic was the italian juggler who had his own show.

nice clean cheap room at an enviable location, very short walk to the beach for the price you pay. only room does not have kettle for boiling water. breakfast have to be taken at orchid restaurant next door. plenty of foot massage downstairs nice and clean.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No water boiling / kettle facilities. All else is fine.
also no lift. You need to carry suitcase up stairs.

The Green Mansion is the perfect place to stay in Patong. The location is fantastic, steps from the beach, two minutes from Bangla Road. Of course since it is Patong there are tons of restaurants and bars nearby, and best of all, this hotel somehow manages to remain quiet at night. The room we had was both large and clean, and there was a small balcony with a drying rack on it, perfect for swimsuits. There is nowhere else in Patong I would consider staying, especially for just a few hundred baht a night.
