We enjoyed our stay, our room was upgraded since we were on honeymoon. staff was very nice. The hotel is around 20min drive to phuket town, and taxis can be pricy 500 - 650 baht. beach was not fit for swimming during our stay (rough sea, rainy season)
Thanks to the staff we had a gr8 time

It a very nice and wonderful stay at Hilton Phuket.it sit on a huge compound and surrounded by lush green field. Walking distant to the beach. The room is spacious and had full amenity for standard 5 star hotel. I like the pool and gym very much. The breakfast have very well spread of selection and it on till 11am. great for people who wake up late. They have very nice band at the lobby lounge and it great to have a drink after a tire day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent at motorbike near the resort at only 150 Baht a day, it save you a lot on transport if u plan to visit other beaches. it safe and easy to get around the island

Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort And Spa
It is a beautiful hotel that has huge 4 pools and lovely garden. The pool by the beach is 50 steps away from the beach and convinent store/resturants are 5 mins of walk from beach gate. The kids club at hotel was free for my kids who were 7 and 9 years old.

Visiting Phuket around this time of year,you have a great chance that doing indoor stuff. The weather wasn't great a couple of days out of our 5 days stay in Phuket. Boys went fishing and they caught lots of tuna. They brought 3 tuna back to the hotel and they cooked for us(2 adults and 2 kids) for 800 baht. It was one of best meal we had in Phuket.
They have lots of tour company outside of hotel. Check the price and bargain for it. Hotel runs higher than those tour agents. Book any ocean activities day before you plan. If weather is bad, they will give 100% money back. I would always check with their tour conditions. Take the beach gate and make right turn, you will find more restaurants and shops in that direction.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We were not fond of Fantasea show.
Hire the driver to visit a couple of places in same day. It saves quite a texi fee. Up town restaurant in Phuket town is good to eat.

Our fabulous last minute get-away

The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The room was immaculate and large enough to accommodate three girls with an extensive amount of luggage. The breakfast and happy hour were exceptional. The beach was beautiful, clean and because it was low season, there was a limited number of people. All staff was approachable and consistently had a friendly slime to share. The three ladies and one gentlemen who performed in the bar during the evenings were talented and entertaining. You can request basically any song and they know it.
Facility, staff, beach and pools receive an A++
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring your workout clothes. The gym isn't huge, but has all of the necessary equipment and is very clean.

Great hotel
Generally all staffs were very kind. Room facilities was excellent. There is a facility for children with education program. When I ordered some dishes, the restaurant located in near ground swimming pool provide good breads.

All my family enjoyed this resort with swimming, walking and other amenities. The premise is really big and there are plentiful facilities to relax, recreate and sightseeing within the hotel.
Beautiful Karon beach is just 5 minutes walking distance and Famous Paton can be accessed easily.

arcadia - this is it...
superb grounds and facilities. nice rooms, palatial breakfast - the best you will ever have, quite probably, jaw dropping pool complexes, a seriously massive hotel complex. lovely.

a lovely place - we finished off a three week holiday in thailand here. after the crazy, half finished way that virtually every other hotel is run in this country, we felt we had finally found a serene point of calm and order to conclude our holiday. we were very sad to finally have to check out, believe me! look up the meaning of arcadia in the dictionary and you will understand why they chose the name for this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A moped is a must if you stay at this hotel, about 200 B a day (remember though, no bike insurance in Thailand).
Free scuba diving lesson 11-12 in the hotel pool (not Mondays).

Beautiful hotel, and extend across the region very near the beach just น้ the Gulf Road. The atmosphere is great easy to walk to the beach Beautiful room to live a quiet sleep, clean design, excellent bathroom is spacious. The Internet. Have a beautiful swimming pool with water park for children and adults. Large shady trees. You can see the beach from the room. And food variety. Rooms are well decorated in a Thai beauty at reasonable prices. Suitable for a family vacation or seminar it will be interesting. Disadvantages of a car that ran the hotel may have less to make some time to wait for a long time. And parking lot away from the building. But overall considered impressive.

Excellent stay
Complex very large and spacious, pools were lovely.

Would recommend for long or short stays, hotel was lovely. Restaurants were very good, staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them.
Resort catered for families and and couples, plenty enough swimming pools for all to enjoy.
I would say that the rooms felt a little cramped and needed touching up as a little worn.

The hotel is located in 75 acres of land which gives you the freedom of doing your own thing as the hotel is full of activity. The Spa is fun but quite expensive compared to what is offered in the neighbourhood, The Spa opening hours must be extended, ie, early start.One of the best resort hotels that I have experienced, but the room TV must be upgraded with more Free movie channels.
Restaurant Tip:
Plenty of resturans on the beach road.
