I booked and paid in advance for a Deluxe King Seaview, but upon arrival was told it wasn't ready and in fact they didn't have a king room at all, just twins. No one seemed to think this was a big deal, but after a good thirty minutes of discussion with the desk girls and the manager, they realized it was important to me. Finally the manager relented and graciously agreed to give me free internet access as compensation. Unfortunately I wasted most of the remaining daylight time on my first day there on negotiation and waiting for my room to be ready. I barely got to the pool that day on what I expected to be a half day on the beach. Poor me.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : John Gray Seacanoes are a great time. Also, consider renting a motorbike; it's a blast and a great way to get around (but probably not to Patong at night).

I'd like to recommend this hotel (Overall good), and in order to maximize your enjoyment, balance your time inside hotel and outside hotel(Near hotel)
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't have to use hotel service for day tour. You can get same one with 50% of proposed cost!

If you have Hilton membership with gold or diamond status, you will be able to access executive lounge which has best ocean view and provide foods and drinks. Also you get fee alcohol from 17:00 - 18:30.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Phuket doesn't have enough transportation at good rate. Therefore we spent US$30 for just going back to the airport. I recommned to note taxi number at the airport or other places when you found it. If you can get meter taxi to go back to the airport, cost would be half price.
