It was our second time staying at the Hilton Arcadia and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st. The facilities are great for families and the surroundings are beautiful.
One thing to keep in mind is that taxis and tuk tuks tend to charge you more because you're staying at the Hilton.

Hilton is among the cheapest 5-star hotels in Phuket.It is very suitable for ordinary families who hope to experience a holiday in a 5-star hotel. The resort is huge and beautiful with lots of free and useful facilities such as swimming pools, quiet gardens, lovely birds and even a pretty peacock.The breakfast is yummyyummy! For those that do not want to pay much for the goods and food inside a 5-star hotel, it is quite convenient to go outside to try some local restaurants,stores and massages.
But since the hotel has to serve lots of customers each day, especially group tourists, it is quited crowed and a little noisy and staff for services are never enough. You even have to drag your own luggages for a long distance to your room.
