nice pool, friendly helpful staff, close to shops, beach, etc I like the fact that you can stack the mini bar yourself! Rooms are clean with all amenities Was there over the Christmas period and pool was quite busy. Not your typical holiday inn - great hotel and good value for money.

-Fitness Center -Nothing, staff was great I stayed at the Holiday Inn around 7 years ago, and just went back this month. I can't speak for the other side of the hotel, but the Busakorn Wing is GORGEOUS and the staff is beyond kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel can usually upgrade you pretty easily when you get to Phuket.

Location, close to beach and walking distance to Jungceylon shopping center. Nice atmosphere. One side of the hotel is close to construction place. I liked our stay in this hotel. Nice location. We booked Superior room.
It is ample space. Reception, security, housekeeping people are really helpful and nice, but some of bellboys and waiters (during breakfast) were not very friendly. Hotel provided beach towels. Liked internal decoration: flowers, benches. Breakfasts are good. I heard about cooking classes there, but I had not much time to visit them, although this experience could be nice.
Travel tip : Very close to Patong beach, in walking distance to Jungceylon shopping center, Hard Rock Café and other nice places on any taste.
