room enviroment is good and giving a cosy and home feel . Staff is friendly. food goods request for a deluxe room with queen size bed but the staff gave us a 2single bed instead evendore we book early Overall the hotel is a great place for family with children to stay as they have beautiful and big swimming pool. They have 2 separate big pool.
The best part i like bout the room is the bed, it make us feel comfy after a day tour and shopping. The enviroment is fine accept that the renovation works is still on progress but was effect during the night. The breakfast is great.

Breakfast got a lot of variety, especially many choice of fruits. Don't have Wifi, need to pay for internet connection. Hotel room is clean and neat, but not every room got Bath tub, need to request when you check in. Breakfast got a lot of variety,especailly got different kind of fruits. Swimming pool is good for children to enjoy. If Hotel got wifi is more suitable for me to stay.

good quality hotel in a perfect position next to the night life area and to a decent beach. good food for breakfast usual problem with the holiday inn is that they never want to confirm the king size bed and only after long discussion you can get it if you are also lucky enough if i forget the 20 minutes discussing in order to get a king size bed that i requested i can say that the rest is fine. if you like night life the location is perfect. the beach nearby is quite ok and the service is good. very good is also the food for the breakfast. for sure it worth the price you pay.

The room is big, with sea view on out-porch. Need improvement on sound insulation. I could hear the noise from the next door. My husband and I stayed in Holiday Inn for 3 nights in low season. The price is value. The experience is happy. Staffs are friendly. The hotel is close to beach. It takes 8 minite to walk to shopping mall.
The attendant forgot to make up the room in one day. When we came back at night, we have to call for clean towel.
We will stay here again if we come to Phuket next time.

Very good location, easy access to the beach and the main street. Close to shopping centre and my favorite Spa house.
2 big pools. Room is big and comfortable. No bathtub.
The staffs in the bar is not enough friendly.
I choose this hotel intead of the original one due to its closer to the hot tourism spot and it lets my family not have to take long transport.
I made a best choice in Patong though! It's the best location and the only choice of big resort there. The room is new and beds are very comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It has another entrance to the Patong beach, go there around 6pm to enjoy the sunset~ there are some food hawkers there as well, the Pad Thai and soup noodles are yummy~!

newly renovated , bright rooms a lot of children with families the holiday inn is a bright, newly renovated hotel .excellent pools, excellent breakfasts and right in the heart of shopping and close to nightlife. if you are with a family it is great for children.great facilities and the restaurants have good food deals.3 to 4 hours a day of happy hour drinks available at half price

the staff of the hotel they are very friendly and so helpful. the hotel condition is so nice its renew after the tsunami. its very nice hotel the location its the best a lot of entrance for the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants inside the hotel. i have tried the the Italian restaurant and seafood restaurant and theres two swimming pools inside the hotel and the sea beside the hotel. its clean, its one of the best hotel i have been to.

Location on the beach, near shopping and eating Pool that is only for Villa Wing, Welcome drink vouchers are a ploy to get you to go to the bar, there are just as good resorts for less money on Phuket. Overall this was a good resort for the price though we liked the other resort that we stay at on Phuket better. Patong is a busy tourist town with plenty of beach if you want to rent a chair and be hassled by people to buy stuff. In general Thailand was all about getting as much money out of the tourists as possible. Most folks were friendly but definitely out for the all might baht. My wife and I are not the partying types so the quiet of Nathonaburi Beach was more our style. I can't say that this was a bad resort it was very nice just for the price it was just OK. The breakfast had a great selection and was very good. We only stayed one night before we flew home. Not that close to the Airport but the wife want to do some shopping. If you have ever been to China or even Korea the prices and quality were not that great but we did not look for very long do to the time we had and the fact that we are going to china soon.
Restaurant Tip : Up the beach strip to the right after you leave the hotel is a nice restaurant called Savoeys.

EVERYTHING! Great friendly service, supurb cheap food, amazing pool area and wait staff, beautiful comfy beds and great clean bathroom. No complaints at all! None - Maybe that the internet access was a bit slow one night but that could happen anywhere. The holiday Inn was amazing! I would definatley reccommend it to anybody staying in Phuket. It was right across the road from Patong Beach, the wait staff and hotel staff were all so friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. There is internet access available and local 7/11 etc very close which is handy. Buffet breakfast was great too. Overall I would go back there again. I had a great time with no complaints. This hotel was fabulous!

there are a amazing swimming pool outside my room. u can just enjoy the sun n relax by the pool. n there is a cool bar in the swimming pool, so u dont have 2 buy drinks outside, u just swim to the bar n enjoy a cocktail.

Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, helpful concierge and convenient location. Too many kids taking over main wing pool, guests not staying in Busakorn Wing unable to utilize Busakorn Pool which has swim up bar, more private sun lounges and larger space. Would definitely recommend this hotel to first time Phuket tourists. Reasonable prices for excellent service. Daily Buffet Breakfast was extensive and enjoyable. The location is in the heart of busy Patong beach but seems secluded when in the grounds. Restaurants were fantastic and the activities planned each day interesting.
Restaurant Tip : Lots of very cheap but excellent Thai restaurants just outside the door and opposite the beautiful beach!

location, service, facilities, clean. patong beach is very crowded all the time and not clean. i stayed here one night before i left from phuket, this resort is very satisfying on its service & location. However, if you just want to relax with calm mood, patong beach is not a good choice.

As there are two swimming pools located in this hotel it was upsetting that we could not use the pool with the "in pool bar" because we were not staying in that part of the hotel.
