Great hotel for families with fantastic service
Great services from most of the staffs we met

Arrival at the hotel via the hotel airport transfer. The arrangement was fuss free.
Felt the warmth and great service from the staffs the moment we arrived. Location of the hotel was great with the OTOP market just across a road, while the beach was across from the another road.
Supermarket is nearby so getting mineral water or snacks was easy.
Hotel is definitely family friendly with a lot of families around. Pool was great for the kids. I had the opportunity to also use the gym which was great with complimentary bar fridge to get a cold drink.
Overall, the stay was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to one with family.

Toilet: bog & clean
Net: slow & erratic though foc
Bfast: Good spread but same over 4 days :(
Staff: friendly
Will be back: maybe, nothing bad just options are aplenty

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Had a great two weeks at the Holiday Inn Phuket. Friendly staff - couldn't do enough for us. Room was great. Good facilities - pool and gym.
Swim up bar a great treat and good fun. Restaurants very affordable and lovely surroundings.
In all a great place to have a family wedding and base ourselves for a wonderful holiday.
The lift operators were very friendly along with all other staff - room cleaners as well.
Great holiday - will return.
Shopping Tip:
get to know the locals early in the trip - great fun bartering.

at first, i booked in another hotel in phuket that is close to holiday inn but was really disappointed from the rooms which was not clean and convenient at all. then i decided to move into holiday inn which was a little bit more expensive but you get all the value for the money with the excellent facilities which this hotel provides and the very professional staff who are very kind and friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
go for the plastic chair restaurant that are located on the street that is parallel to Patong Beach road. The prices are more than half less and the quality of food and service is much better.

if you want to be central and in good, better class accomodation-this is it.
if you do not plan to spend much time in the hotel, just book the basic rooms, no need to upgrade or pay for the busakorn section like we did.
clean, friendly, safe.... a little tired,(pool spas didnt work) but the staff are wonderful and the breakfasts were great.

a beautiful, well maintained hotel. busakorn higher end, really 5 star. beautiful pool, very good breakfast, close to the beach, and not far from shopping and all the action. best thai food ever at charm thai restaurant.

Clean rooms and nice service

The hotel is huge, 405 rooms I think and the house keeping was great. I would not recommend using the resturants in the hotel, they are expensive and room service does take a while to be delivered. This hotel is great for families and located right on the beach. Night life (go go bars) are only a 5 min walk away and shopping is all around the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shop around for the best price for tours. You can find them cheaper if you keep walking up and down the beach way street.

The location is great but no sea views. Also the rooms were quite small in the Busakorn wing considering how much extra you had to pay for them.
