The pool and ice cold air

We had checked into another hotel beforehand and a roach clinbed up the wall and the ac didn't work. My Girlfriend wasn't please so in the morning we noticed this place and booked it. The rooms were nice and clean and the air was cold. This place is worth the money.

good restaurant around hotel, from east to west...good food from younger to oldest

Right on the beach front with shopping on your door step and resterants in all directions

We had a short stay at the Holiday Inn in Phuket, But a busy stay this resort is right on the beach front with shopping in every direction that you look when you walk out the gate. As well as resterants you can pick from Thai to Italian to McDonalds for the kids. Or you can just relax at the many Bars that the resort offers or just relax around the pools, the choice is yours you can be as busy as you like or just kick back and relax.
Shopping Tip:
Wear comfortable shoes and be ready to barter

My 2nd stay at this hotel this year. Everything ran smoothly, from check-in to check-out. All my requests were met and once again it was a very positive experience. My friends, who were staying at the Mercure were very jealous of my hotel and said they will stay at the Holiday Inn next time. If staying in Patong the Holiday Inn or Banthai are the only two hotels I would stay in.

The room was excellent and the bed was fantastic. Having a bed larger than a king size is really a bonus. Walking to the action in PaTong was no issues the hotel was very close to all the night action and fun.

Very kid-friendly hotel

We switched to this hotel after staying at another hotel in Nai Harn beach that was way too far away from everything. We did not know this at the time, but Patong is the extreme opposite of Nai Harn. It's the equivalent of the Las Vegas strip: very touristy, loud, seedy. As for the hotel, the room was clean and the staff was helpful in moving us to a different room because of loud neighbors. Ask for a room without an adjoining door if you prefer things very quiet. This hotel is extremely kid-friendly--there were children everywhere. Not the place for a quiet or romantic getaway.

Very nice hotel, recommended for those who like shopping, want to try variant of food dan enjoy night life because the location is in the heart of patong beach. Has 3 swimming pool, great spa, nice staff, very clean n comfort room and also have great restaurants and bar also.

You always can bargain the price

kids friendly, the busakorn wing is just beautiful

overall, the location is good if u plan to stay in patong area for a short period. getting around from the hotel is good. facilities around the hotel is very kids friendly. the hotel bar is very relaxing( that's where my friends and i spend most of our time). when i stayed there previously, i enjoyed the busakorn wing very much. the swimming pool and ambience was just soo romantic. however, i feel in phuket u can always find something cheaper and better. there are no bath tub in most rooms,(NOT EVEN IN THE BUSAKORN WING) something i look forward to on every get away. staff are very friendly and helpful though

u have to stay at the busakorn wing at least 1 night
