Best location, very costly environment

economical yet every feature included stay. very close to patong beach and bangle road. you have got everything you need in a decent room. everything is costly in phuket and you can no way escape from it. have lot of money ready. rent a bike from hotel. they will ask your passport for security but it is safe with them. nice place overall. you have got wifi in every floor and the speed is awesome.
Shopping Tip:
Be ready to bargain. Many dont know english so you must use sign languages mostly. Taxi is too costly around. Be informed about prices.

This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic location. It is close to the night bazaar and only a short tuk tuk ride to the Sunday markets. The room was beautiful and clean. All the staff were friendly and assisted us in booking tours to do a half day elephant training course. we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Chiang Mai.
Shopping Tip:
Go to the walking market on a Sunday night it has everything you could ask for. Do a trip to Tiger Kingdom and Maesa Elephant Camp to see the elephant show.

Good service and location

When we arrived we were told that no rooms are available. We were allocated a room that had 2 single bed. Upon questioning the owner acted in a aggressive manner. Told that the room was given to a longer staying guest. Could not do anything but accepted the room. The service girls did a great job and joined the bed. Breakfast was great. Cleaniness great.

the staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to help us. it was easy to get food and room service and they did lots of thinhgs that was not required of them. i also appreciated the fact i could rent a motorscooter at the hotel and put it on my room, it is very close to the nightlife but far enough away to get plenty peaceful sleep.overall well worth the price that was paid for the room.

Nice hotel
Staff are nice. Rooms are tidy and clean.

This hotel is very close to Family Mart and Big C, which makes it really easy for us to go shopping. Staff in the hotel is very friendly and polite.
The hotel is not very close to Patong beach but it only takes about 10 minutes walk to get there.
Overall very satisfying in this price range.

Service was really bad. I have been asked to get my bags on my own since the bell boy was working as a waiter in the restaurant.
It was really noisy just outside the hotel during one of the night stays due to a boxing match. Break fast was also not good. I recommend to look for alternate hotels in the same area.
Nightlife Tip:
Shopping freaks will have a nice time due to lot of options around the hotel

Great stay. Room was clean and location wasn't bad really. A 10-15 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to shopping. Main attractions were the helpful staff and the cleanliness. Our room had a huge king bed and a window seat - we fit 2 adults, an 8 year old, 4 year old and 2 year old quite comfortably.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Beaches of Kamala and Kata are probably much better for families. Patong has everything you need, but for a family with younger children, our days are spent on the beach and having daytime naps. The other beaches were much less touristy (though were still more touristy than we thought!) and a bit calmer. Easier to get to as well in terms of hotel:beach.

Restaurant Nr.6, about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and near Bhangla road. Food - great for little money

Overall, i like this hotel with cleanliness,nice staffs,location. Near to Jungceylon (around 10 minutes by walking) and patong beach (around 20 minutes by walking) as well. I'll stay here again on my next trip to phuket..highly recomended !

close to bangla road and all the party yet an oasis of peace where hotel is. shuttlebus to beach for free.
hotel is newly build so everything is in very good shape.
staff is kind and eager to serve.
only backdraw is the construction site close by. but they stop working around 6pm so its no problem.
you get much for your money you stay here.
