Guest parking for cars and bikes was very poor, have to walk a long way.
Good hotel for the price in low season. My only complaint was the guest parking, shared with staff, muddy and a long walk back to the room.
All staff were friendly and proffesional.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you have a bike or car its a lot easier to get around and up the small hill the hotel is on.

Free shuttle to Patong - very handy. Club wing members having their own pool. The main pool was full of screaming children!
The front desk staff were not helpful at all (apart from Joy who was lovely). Overall feeling of the hotel trying to ply any extra baht out of you as possible on many occasions.
I forgot to print off my booking code and was told by front desk staff I would have to pay for internet use to go online to print the voucher off as they could not find it!! We were staying in a club wing room aswell which entitles us to free internet usage in our room! I told them 3 times that I would NOT be paying for internet just because THEY couldnt find my booking. I was met by surly attitudes. Absolute disgrace. Also by the pool they advertised 99baht++ poolside snacks on all the tables. When I asked for one of these snacks I was told they only done the 'set' snacks where you had to buy a juice also which bumped it up to 199baht++. Money is not the issue here it is the fact that they advertise things which dont exist! Also there were paint pots/brushes lying around outside our room (we were in club wing!).To top it all off we were going to be charged for a 'broken' glass in our room which we had not even used i.e. it was still in its packaging therefore must have broken when it was put down. Had to argue this for 15 mins with them. The front desk staff here are in some serious need of customer service training. The pool bar boys and 'Joy' were lovely though and very helpful. I would not stay here again.

Lovely rooms,very nice pool, close enough to the beach.
The food could be better, very high price for internet connection.
This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable. The food in the room service and the breakfast, however, could be better. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to phatong, which is nice and gives the guests an opportunity to visit a different beach. All in all, the value for money of the hotel is high. The hotel is recommended for romantic vacations.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Two Chefs Restaurant.
