The staff were efficient and friendly, the hotel location was great just across the road from the beach and near bars and restaurants. The pricing was very reasonable the pool and surroundings were also good.

bathroom needs renovating, great service, location perfect, nice and quiet, resort isn't too big or crowded. next time i would take some insect spray for the room as there was a few mossies. overall very happy with this resort.

Great central location and all you need!

i enjoyed my stay. although i have stayed in more comfortably furnished places, this was so well located, the breakfast was good and varied, staff were helpful and friendly and rooms had all you would need.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a number of tour desks, a laundry service and good massage, ATM, cheap cocktails, convenience store and restaurants immediately outside the hotel.
There is a pool for families and one for those that want some quiet.

The rooms are a little shabby due to their age, and there is only free wifi in the lobby. However the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in Thailand.
The property is convenient for the beach and has a rear entrance just across the road from the beach.

We were very disappointed by this hotel. Does not by any means fill the 4 star valuatinon. We were given a room hot as sauna, above the kitchen and maintainance. Floor was hot and air-con cooled the room temperature to 29 degrees! Travelling w 2 kids, younger one had a fever. Rooms vere also very old. But however, location was good and breakfast too. Not good enough value for the money.

the hotel location is great. just across the street from the beach. it is about a 10 minute walk from bangla so there isn't a lot of noise during late night and early morning. nice pools and lots of features at the hotel. the exercise room was well equipped. rooms were good and clean. the staff was relatively professional compared to many of the hotels i have stayed at in patong but not overly friendly. overall ok for the price but not great.
