The hotel is at a fantastic location right across Patong beach. There are plenty of shopping and eating joints in the area.
Hotel amenities are nice - we got an upgrade to family room (we had booked superior). Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and staff were friendly.

Great hotel and service
Clean and spacious rooms! Fantastic pool and other facilities. Great location, close to the action but not right in the hussle and bussle of Patong!

I travelled with 4 other friends and found staying at the hotel very easy and satisfying. With the large rooms and two swimming pools including a poolside bar, we were very pleased with the average price we paid and services we recieved.
Restaurant Tip:
By selecting a few dishes of the local Thai cuisine to share between a group, you will eat very cheaply!

We felt this hotel had a great location as it is on the main strip of Patong but set back a little from the road but the rooms were a little tired looking and the problem for us was that the aircon only worked when you were in the room and had the key in the position for lights and power.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to choose a room where the aircion can stay onwhen yu leave the room as they are too hot otherwise. We had relatives at the hotel and they could remove their key without turning off the aircon but we could not

Nice hotel with friendly service

the hotel has a nice environment and is just next to holiday inn. Its staffs are friendly and there is a welcome drink at the reception. The room is clean and it offers shuttle service to karon beach. Basically worth the money for a peaceful night and located within the heart of patong.

Proably the worst hotel in Patong

Very over priced and is only really a 2 star dive. Rooms are old, no hot water,food is terribale , staff are lazy and dvd players are $10.00 per day as tv doesnt work.
Internet is $10 per dcay, no wifi access in rooms and the rooms are very noisy. Beds are very old and hard. Sheets are torn and the towels are thread bare.
Travel tip:
don't stay here unless you are despaerate

The hotel was in a great location close to everything in Patong Beach, Not bad value for money, but there are definitely better deals out there if you can book in advance. The Indian restaurant was very over priced and the breakfast was poor.
