Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa
Excellent value for money.

I booked a family room for me and my daughter. It was a very large and comfortable room with both had a double bed. Our balcony overlooked both pools. The breakfast was adequate and the Indian menu was great. I got a great rate through Agoda making it very good value for money. This was our second stay at the Horizon Beach resort and I would definately return again.
Restaurant Tip:
Baluchi restaurant is definately worth trying. Lovely Indian food.

the place is a basic hotel. everything is chargeable including wifi. however, they are efficient eg. when told that toilet is broken down they act quite fast. A lot of mosquitoes in the place. However, room make up is neat and tidy. location is good (near the beach) and near to some amenities.
Nightlife Tip:
hard rock cafe.

Great hotel and location with a great price. It's just need to cross the street to get to nice hot Patong Beach. I prefer going from the back door than front door because of the area of the front door makes me a little bit uncomfortable. It's also clean, OK breakfast, and nice services. I'll definitely will be back to stay here if I get a chance to go to Phuket once more.

the swimming pool and bar is nice..the bedroom is very good except when we enter there's a little bit sand.they didnt provide knife in the kitchen.there's a good massage just outside the hotel entrance ( say hi to nii for me if you go there) the night bazar(which actually open from 10am-12pm)you get to bargain to the lowest price. if they put high price just walk and they will call you and get your price. the hotel quite peaceful at night. the bangla road is like 15 minutes walking(you wont be even feel it) the bar everything is just 5 minutes from the entrance.

everything is very good services except when the checking.the location is superb..near to hard rock and other muslim restaurant. the cheapest shop would be a bit far but for good food n good price..i dont really mind about it.never take tuk tuk..the massage is excellent. quite peaceful and we dont feel scared at all if we walk alone in the street. they never touch tourist except for calling us many times to look at the things in their shop.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
everything is outside the hotel..walk as much as u can and you wont be ever regretting it.

The hotel is in a handy location to shopping, restaurants and the beach area, the room I was first given had the toilet system block , the air con didn't work and the entry into my room was not very private due to ground floor location, after checking to see if there was another room avail I was moved to another room that was acceptable.

Great location, access to the beach road & market area, lots of restaurant & night life, and lots of massage place around with very cheap price, friendly staff & warm welcoming even in the middle of the night

Horizon Patong beach resort and Spa offers us a very comfortable stay, we booked the deluxe room & the reception staff upgrade us to family room. It's spacious & clean room with big bathroom & nice balcony. It's good value for money & we definitely will come back again

Toilet bowl was stuck during my 3 nights stay. maintenance staff came to fix it but problem still occured. i got to used another room's toilet as we did not want to move room.

When looking on a map of Patong this seems to be a good location.

I asked the staff in the reception to help me to amend a booking. They told me that I have to contact the booking agency myself and sent me to an internet cafe. This service use to be a matter of course at other hotels.
In this price range there are many alternatives in Patong. I recommend you to choose another hotel.
