the swimming pool and bar is nice..the bedroom is very good except when we enter there's a little bit sand.they didnt provide knife in the kitchen.there's a good massage just outside the hotel entrance ( say hi to nii for me if you go there) the night bazar(which actually open from 10am-12pm)you get to bargain to the lowest price. if they put high price just walk and they will call you and get your price. the hotel quite peaceful at night. the bangla road is like 15 minutes walking(you wont be even feel it) the bar everything is just 5 minutes from the entrance.

everything is very good services except when the checking.the location is superb..near to hard rock and other muslim restaurant. the cheapest shop would be a bit far but for good food n good price..i dont really mind about it.never take tuk tuk..the massage is excellent. quite peaceful and we dont feel scared at all if we walk alone in the street. they never touch tourist except for calling us many times to look at the things in their shop.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
everything is outside the hotel..walk as much as u can and you wont be ever regretting it.

The hotel is in a handy location to shopping, restaurants and the beach area, the room I was first given had the toilet system block , the air con didn't work and the entry into my room was not very private due to ground floor location, after checking to see if there was another room avail I was moved to another room that was acceptable.

Great location, access to the beach road & market area, lots of restaurant & night life, and lots of massage place around with very cheap price, friendly staff & warm welcoming even in the middle of the night

Horizon Patong beach resort and Spa offers us a very comfortable stay, we booked the deluxe room & the reception staff upgrade us to family room. It's spacious & clean room with big bathroom & nice balcony. It's good value for money & we definitely will come back again

Shopping area, nightlife, good restaurant around & 5 minute to the beach

Toilet bowl was stuck during my 3 nights stay. maintenance staff came to fix it but problem still occured. i got to used another room's toilet as we did not want to move room.

Choose another hotel, there are plenty of them
When looking on a map of Patong this seems to be a good location.

I asked the staff in the reception to help me to amend a booking. They told me that I have to contact the booking agency myself and sent me to an internet cafe. This service use to be a matter of course at other hotels.
In this price range there are many alternatives in Patong. I recommend you to choose another hotel.

Great family rooms and breakfast. Suitable for 3 women sharing. Easy acess to beach one side and shopping the other side. Conceirge very helpful with booking transport to and from airport at a reasonable rate with a breakfast box to go. Good evacuation for tsuanmi at 0645 but no direction afterwards... all ended up the hill till all over

Only 2 mins walk to Patong beach, the breakfast was good, rooms were big and clean but bathroom needs upadting, 2 pools, the gym has aircondition with proper weights and cardio. The main entrance is just next to massage parlours and street shops that sells, clothes, dvd, souvenirs, etc. Overall, the place was good and it's very central to everything. Staff were also friendly and helpful and speaks good english
