I have messed up my commends of this Horizon with the Karon beach Horizon, however, Karon Horizon is great, and Patong Horizon is convinient. service are good in general.
Hotel Feature Tip:
For next time, I would definitly stay in Karon Horizon for the comfort and beach.

Not a EXCELLENT LOCATION!! I "single man's" hotel
EXCELLENT LOCATION!! I cannot stress this enough. There is a pathway that leads directly to the beach. It is also within walking distance to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Bangla Road for all the nightlife! Clean rooms. Beautiful ponds and fountains in and around the hotel, especially at night. The design is quite nice, featuring separate cottages along a pathway, giving the hotel lobby the essence of being completely outdoors. The restaurant was better than average, and the free breakfast buffet was the best I have had at any other hotel in phuket.

I would only recommend this hotel to couples or families not looking for any late-night fun. It is located far enough from the noise of Bangla and Sawadirak Rd. Also, we were early upon our check-in but they were able to accommodate us and lock our luggage up in a safe room while we went to the beach to wait for our room to open.

The hotel is in the best location. You have to cross the road and you are right at the beach and the other entrance will take you to the shopping area. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. You have here everything what you need. Swimming pool is perfect. Breakfast is good and various.
Shopping Tip:
The shopping paradise is 5 minutes walking distance. Bangla road is 10 minutes walking.

the hotel has a great locatin in patong beach (close to holiday inn) situated in aquiet street.
breakfast was very good . there was acook to prepair any kind of eggs you like...
swiming pool was quite nice whith pleasant temperature of the water and there were towels for the swiming pool in the room.
the staf were nice (as is alwayes in thailand).
the only thing wich disturbed me was the hard matress.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
we took a taxi whith a driver for 1000 bht for a whole day tour around the iland.
there is only nice cruise to 4 islands for 1300 bht.

Hotel is quite big with adult and children pool. Located near to the beach and shopping mall about 2 mins walk. Hotel is not in great condition as it looks a bit old and shabby.
We booked family room and it was very spacious with kitchen area. However, the furnitures and fixings are quite old and worn out. Kitchen comes with cooking utensils, gas cooker, microwave and water boiler. The gas cooker was spoilt and we requested someone to come and fix it. They came but can't fix it since it was late at night and promise would come back the next day, but did not come at all. Room has no DVD player.
There is no free internet services, we had to pay 100THB for half and hour usage. They have free babysitting and childcare centre.

We booked deluxe room and was upgraded for free to junior suite room. Room is quite spacious with jacuzzi. They even have DVD player in the room. The swimming pool is located in front of my room.
We are very unhappy with the bell boy service when we check in as he was not very polite and friendly to us when he asked our room number.
Breakfast has a variety of selections.Location is quite good as it's just 2 mins walk to the beach or shopping area. Nearby there are many fast food outlets or dining places.

Great location
Great location,in the middle of everything and yet quiet.Value for money. Rooms and the hotel area were clean.

We booked for 7 nights at Horizon Beach Patong,but we accepted the hotels offer and stayed 3 nights at Horizon Beach Karon. They gave us 1 room and 1 suite in the Privilege Club Wing both pool access. The rooms and the pool were fantastic.

The hotel is located at the south end of Patong beach. very near to the beach. the room is clean and the price is very good.
The place is not noisy. You can sleep very well.
The breadfast is included and is ok.
I compared the price and location and it's the best choice.
The room quality is about 3-4 stars and it's clean.
