Enjoyable but for Muslims the Kibla sign for prayer was missing in the rooms.A note to ask for assistance is also not there. The halal corner has very dull and monotonous spread.Needs for Muslim travellers must be given some attention.

Perfect location and very friendly staff

My room was right by the hotel pool and although busy it was not unduly noisy. The restaurant had a theme each night and the Thai buffet evening was excellent.
Location wise, you are just around the corner from the beach and all the attractions.

Proably the worst hotel in Patong

Very over priced and is only really a 2 star dive. Rooms are old, no hot water,food is terribale , staff are lazy and dvd players are $10.00 per day as tv doesnt work.
Internet is $10 per dcay, no wifi access in rooms and the rooms are very noisy. Beds are very old and hard. Sheets are torn and the towels are thread bare.
Travel tip:
don't stay here unless you are despaerate

reasonable price hotel by booking via agoda
the location in patong city so we can around patong every time

1 room more for my wife. thats why, now I alway recheck for the total pax for my reservation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is easy to make trip to phiphi island as many stall in patong and also the fo stall hotel will help you to get the package

the swimming pool and bar is nice..the bedroom is very good except when we enter there's a little bit sand.they didnt provide knife in the kitchen.there's a good massage just outside the hotel entrance ( say hi to nii for me if you go there) the night bazar(which actually open from 10am-12pm)you get to bargain to the lowest price. if they put high price just walk and they will call you and get your price. the hotel quite peaceful at night. the bangla road is like 15 minutes walking(you wont be even feel it) the bar everything is just 5 minutes from the entrance.

everything is very good services except when the checking.the location is superb..near to hard rock and other muslim restaurant. the cheapest shop would be a bit far but for good food n good price..i dont really mind about it.never take tuk tuk..the massage is excellent. quite peaceful and we dont feel scared at all if we walk alone in the street. they never touch tourist except for calling us many times to look at the things in their shop.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
everything is outside the hotel..walk as much as u can and you wont be ever regretting it.

Unpleasant stay in Horizon Patong Hotel.
Near & convenience to shops and beach.

The Staff even up to the Manager are not very understanding and supporting. Less helpful and environments not friendly. Many things were not told uuless we ask for them. Facilities at the hotel not up to the mark. Informations not very clear. Poor services especially when they are at high occupancy rate. Not worth the $ staying at this hotel. Will be the last staying here.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The mineral bottle h2O is not free. Don't take for grandted they are free because it appears like provided free. Staff not negotiable in all terms.
