The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa is only a 25-minute drive from the Phuket International airport. Location, Staff, hot spring pool, good value for money some facilities, no Wifi internet, breakfast, beach The hotel quite far from major tourist towns but it is close to phangnga bay where we wanted to visit. We like the hotel's location because it is one of the only two upscale hotel in the area. There are very few guests at the hotel and many facilities seems to be poorly maintained. The room itself, however, is quite nice and up to standard with other hotels in its class.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : rent a car from the airport and explore the bay by chartering long tail boat from several ports near by the hotel. you'll like the experience more than buying a day tour from phuket. Panak island is quite nice.

Pool room must strongly improve bath room. I was hit by The curtain tube. It fell down after I open it. Toilet bowl too old and very yellow. Hotel is cool, I love hot spring pool so much. Pool access is close too hot sping pool and normal pool. inside the room was not too said okey. I am not happy with bath room. Curtain tube fell down and hit me every time I did open or close it for shower. Tolite bolw case is very yellow. it made my felling bit scary how many ppl use it or how clean it is. If I pay for full hotel rate I won't come back here again.breakfast is weird if compare with other hotel in the same rate. Food is distasteful and no Variety. Staff don't know how to make scramble egg. Only hotspring pool is amazing. However I booked from agoda rate. Then it's quite made me accpetable to stay. For coming back I got to think about it carefully if hotel still charge me at this rate which does not match the service.
Travel tip : Nothing near hotel in 7KM

great rooms, beautiful landscape and garden. very comfortable swimming pool and hot spring pool. excellent romantic dinning restaurant by the see. It's not located in Khao lak, it's at least 1 hour away from anything, there's no street Taxi, there's no tourism shopping arround. It a great hotel if you just want to be lazy, lying on the beach and stay in the hotel. Because we wanted to dive in Khao Lak, therefore the location really added up our cost a lot. Hotel transportation to town is free, yet town is rather like a fishman village with nothing at all. The management is so so, staffs are not informed with anything, so does guests, we are told that we can't have dinner at our favored restaurant and there's really no restaurants to eat if we did eat at their lobby restaurant. But I must credit on the enviroment and garden of the hotel.Staffs are very friendly as well.
Travel tip : It's only about the hotel, no shopping, no tourism, no taxi, no sight seeing.
