Hot Spring Beach Resort & Spa, Phuket

Hotel is cool, I love hot spring pool so much. Pool access is close too hot sping pool and normal pool. inside the room was not too said okey. I am not happy with bath room. Curtain tube fell down and hit me every time I did open or close it for shower. Tolite bolw case is very yellow. it made my felling bit scary how many ppl use it or how clean it is. If I pay for full hotel rate I won't come back here again.breakfast is weird if compare with other hotel in the same rate. Food is distasteful and no Variety. Staff don't know how to make scramble egg. Only hotspring pool is amazing. However I booked from agoda rate. Then it's quite made me accpetable to stay. For coming back I got to think about it carefully if hotel still charge me at this rate which does not match the service.

It a great hotel if you just want to be lazy, lying on the beach and stay in the hotel. Because we wanted to dive in Khao Lak, therefore the location really added up our cost a lot. Hotel transportation to town is free, yet town is rather like a fishman village with nothing at all. The management is so so, staffs are not informed with anything, so does guests, we are told that we can't have dinner at our favored restaurant and there's really no restaurants to eat if we did eat at their lobby restaurant. But I must credit on the enviroment and garden of the hotel.Staffs are very friendly as well.

would recommend for family or for a couple who would like to have a nice holiday that is close to all the things and is vey clean and tidy. I we are stayed with my wife over the christams break and we really enjoyed our stay at this place and we would alos visit back in the future when we are next vist Thailand and south east asia
