Nice decorated room, good location in karon

The bed was "broken" in foot end, no support from weight there. The bed also had a bit too thin layer on top of metal underworks. The water from shower flooded the bathroom floor. nice big mirror, good lighting, solid big sink was nice. partly beautiful decoration in bedroom. Safe deposit box.

Great room, Large. Was a little dirty but thats it. We were right on the street aswell so its super loud. I would recommened only staying a few nights because it was hard to get a good sleep.

Noisy hotel with unfriendly staff

We chose to stay here because it was affordable and close to the beach. The rooms were old, but not horrible. The worst part was the noise. Don't let the 'city view' fool you. It faces a street with nightclubs and unless you want bass pumping until 3am, don't stay here. The garden view rooms are just as expensive as other guesthouses in Karon that are much higher quality. The front desk staff were not very friendly and minimally helpful. They allow a late checkout if you pay an additional $15, but they give you until 6pm.

attractive in price and quality ,but very noisy
very attractive in price and quality,because this hotel is closed to the Kron beach

well, this hotel is ok for me ,because it is near the beach,and it will cost only 10 mintes walking .However,it is really noisy in the night,because there are lots of night bat near by,and the music will keep opening until almost 2:00 every day.
