The hotel is in good position in patong ( the best place for tourists, a lot of bars, restorants and clubs). the hotel has nice pool, good bar. the service in the hotel is good, they are ready to help and answer all your quastions. The lady in the travel agency at the hotel is also very nice and helpfull!
Shopping Tip : argue with the sellers, give the max half price!!!

nice gardens pool area, close to the beach and easy walk around Patong beach and shopping the lock did not work on the door .... promptly moved to another room,unfriendly reception staff, some instruction in how to greet weary travellers would be good. i love Agoda but not this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : dont bother at this hotel no friendly thai smiles from reception.you can do better im sure
