Brand new rooms,
Located just a short walk from the hustle and bustle,
Helpful and friendly staff,
Value for money. Brand new rooms which were cleaned to a high standard each day. Relatively low frills but excellent clean facilities. Located about a 5 min walk from the main high street in Patong and around 200m from the beach. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong.
Restaurant Tip : Near to a wide variety of local street food restaurants offering excellent food at extremley low prices. Short distance from beach also.

The hotel is pretty new and clean. The toilet is very small and no bath tube. Breafst should be included in the payment. I stay here for 4D3N. The experience there was somewhat memorable at least until the last day. On the last day, we were told to check-out by noon. However, as early as 9 a.m., all the electric supply were cut off. This had seriously affact our stay. It was very inconvenience and with such hot weather it hard not to complain. At the very least, i have expected the hotel to compensate in one way or another, perhaps, free breakfast.

Close to the beach,
Great value for money We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, its located about 3 minutes walk to the public beach.
The room is quiet small, but its very clean and apart from that, you would be spending most of your time outside your room anyway.
The hotel provides some vehicle rental, from bicycle up to a large car.
Swimming pool is not to big, but it is more than enough to relax your self after a long day on the beach.
The breakfast is OK, although we had to pay some extra money, but its worth it.
Although we have to pay for some extra money, the hotel provide with a very good and reliable wireless internet connection throughout the building.
Travel tip : There are many laundry service around the hotel, it cost about 100 THB/kg for laundry and ironing. You will get your clothes back neat and smells good.

The Ibis Patong is a great hotel. It is in an excellent location only about 5 mins walk to the beach. Rooms are slightly small but are fine and include a flat screen tv with lots of cable channels included. Pool are great. It really is great value for money.

location is very nice, close to beach, close to shopping taxi services and car rental from hotel is almost double compare to outside. hotel location is nice, room is clean even quite small. overall condition is good, but I suggest not to book any tour, car rental, taxi from hotel. The price is not reasonable. Room service work very slow till 4 pm my room has been cleaned.

Clean, neat. Nice pool, helpful staff. No food menu in room, no room service, far from shopping area. No bathtub. And the rooms are not big. I stayed 5 days in the Ibis Patong this April. The hotel is nice, clean and fresh. It is 6-7 minutes from beach. I didn't have any bad experience at all. Few points to note though..
1: Not really beach front. But the pool is nice, and the kiddy pool was very good for my 1 year old.
2: No room service, so you need to get down to eat.
3: Buffet breakfast, if not included in your package, will cost you 250 bath. But the variety of food can really improve.
But overall, it is a very clean, fresh experience.
Restaurant Tip : Walk towards the beach, and you will find loads of restaurants there.

Clean, Nice, Very near to the beach and resturants. Small valcony, swimming usage only till 7 PM. This is a nice hotel within your budget. A bit far from the airport but very near to the beach and a lot of nice resturants near by. Plenty of shopping malls are around there. Nice hotel stuffs. Brakfast meal should be included with in the rent.
Hotel Feature Tip : The swimming pool closed by 7 PM.

It has good service, rooms are really clean and it definitely is moneys worth!!

internet access nothing really. it just opened and was great. One of the better affordable options in Phuket. Clean and new, the hotel has a well maintained swimming pool, a balcony to smoke.
Near the center, walking distance to major clubs. Has in house tourist info center with cheaper ones surrounding the vicinity.
u hardly interact with the staff and only do with the reception ones which are very helpful.
our room was a twin bed, it was a great size, the color combo and decor was fresh. we received complimentary water bottles every day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a bike on the same lane.

I liked the nice, clean and modern hotel environment. Rooms were very clean, but small, which was alright. Liked the laminated flooring instead of carpets. Free Wi-Fi for guests. Lobby needed some ventilation. During the heat of the day, the lobby was very humid. The rooms had very very bad soundproofing. The corridors had echo, and it amplified the noise outside the rooms even more. I could even hear what was going on next door. Toilet is relatively small. The sound proofing of the rooms are really bad. In the middle of the night, you could hear people talking and laughing loudly out at the walkway and this irritated the crap out of me. If someone next door had the TV volume up, you could hear it as well. Having said that, I'd still stay here because it's value for money and the location is pretty decent. Most importantly, it's a modern hotel which lots of interesting amenities.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do not give Simon Cabaret a miss. It's funny and entertaining at the same time. View it with an open mind.

• Extremely modern and clean hotel • Spacious lobby • Nice swimming pool • Friendly staff • Fast Internet access • Clean and modern rooms • Over 50 TV Cable Channels • Free beach towels • Bad room soundproofing • Shower is a tad too small • Internet Corner had some problematic PCs • No Free Tuk-Tuk Shuttle Service • Generally speaking, I don't have much to complain about this hotel. In fact, I would stay here again if I went back to Patong. The only major gripe that I have would be that the soundproofing is really bad. 80% of the time, I can hear people talking outside the rooms along the corridors as well as the rooms next door. It really disrupted my sleep when hotel guests come back late at night and make a ruckus that it wakes almost every single person in every room on that floor. The hotel management seriously needs to fix this flaw. Some of the PCs in the Internet Corner needs to be updated and maintained. Most of the time, it shows error messages, and aren't able to connect at times.
Restaurant Tip : Head down to Linda's Seafood (an open air restaurant) which is just a couple of metres from the hotel along Rat UThit 200 Pi. Good food and friendly service.

beautiful pool, new, good breakfast, good location small rooms, small balcony, small wardrobe i checked into a small room. worse, i had a view that does not have a good balcony view!n my balcony was blocked by a roof kinda thing for the hotel. they almost wanted to charge me for internet usage and the charge was absurb. thankfull,y they realised i was paying for unlimited usage of internet in my fees. everything is small in the room, but it is still cozy in it's feel. the hotel is relatively new and the taxis driver has no idea where is it. the central for daylife and nightlife is about 15 minutes walk away, so is the beach.
Restaurant Tip : just walk out of the hotel lane, turn right and turn right again, you will see some local seafood stalls. unless you have saved a lot in phuket from shopping and decided to treat yourself to a good meal, dont dine here. food is good, pricing is for tourist.

The rooms were extremely clean and the staff were fantastic, and really friendly, and understood english quite well. The hotel is about a 5 min walk from the beach and is quite near the shops and local food

i don't think it is possible to equal the value for money of this hotel in patong.great staff,good internet facilities and a lovely pool. close to the beach and not too far from bangla road. a good place to stay when staying in patong,phuket. i was very happy with my stay here and will look forward to a return visit.
