It was a nice stay quiet rooms, nice staff, bad things was the refrigerator did not work and the hotel did nothing to fix it, not even offer me a different room. If a hotel offers airport transfer, maybe it was me but I assumed it would be included in the room price. It was not. Maybe Agoda needs to be clearer on this issue. They specify internet service as free or not, why not do the same with airport transfers.

Shockingly Small At First,But Functional and Clean

When I booked, I thought it was like Ibis in Singapore. But when I arrive, the reception area in Ibis Patong wasn't air-conditioned. Then when I reached the room, I was shocked to see how small it is since the picture I saw was big. At first I thought that those might be a retouched photo but when I took picture of it, it did look big on my camera! So I guess I was wrong, the room was photogenic! Our baggages took a lot of space in the room, but when days went by we start getting used to it. I was glad the bed was comfortable, the safe deposit was reliable, and we could dry our swimsuit/wet clothes at the balcony. The bathroom was small too and no air diffuser working so we gotta open the door while in the bathroom. The reception staffs was awful and bad in management. They didn't pass my message to a driver who supposed to picked-up us (that we're waiting for him at bar area), so we were left behind! What I love most about this hotel was its cheap price and clean room.

Nice and clean with a good location

I arrived after staying at JW Marriott resort Phuket and didn't have high expectations of Ibis. I was rather surprised of the standard I got at Ibis for such little money.
Good but basic room with even a small balcony. Quiet and with friendly staff.
The only negative I can say is that almost all guests during my stay where Russians that sometimes so to say "took over the place".
Travel tip:
The beach is just a few minutes away. Wake up early and take a wonderful walk along Patong beach.

Its good hotel for friends travelling. Room very small but its good for somebody wants to spend all his day out. Also you can enjoy swimming pool

nice pool, which is needed in hot phuket, near to bars and entertainment patong. Good for beach too.
Nightlife Tip:
plenty of nightlife in patong 20 minutes walk away.
