friendly and proffesional staff, perfect location in patong beach, nice room without level in building, wonderful breakfast with a lot of fruit selection, worth with the price we pay.
it is very hard to get a normal taxi instead of tuk-tuk.
At the time we arrive, we are very welcome with the proffesional and friendly staff, and we got very nice room, also what we love from this hotel is that there is no level all building, all of the room is in the same level, and just about a few second walks to get to the patong beach, also we love the area of the hotels as we can easily go to bangla road for a superb nighlife in phuket. the breakfast is wonderful with many kind of food and quite a lot of selection of fruits.
Nightlife Tip : just go to bangla road, and it is really heaven for hang out in the night time.

location and scene, it is so beautiful that my wife and I can stay in the swimming pool for the whole day and it has a security person to prevent others entrance.
Must check in after 2 PM, I am not sure if they do this to me only, but I feel very uncomfortable to stay in shining sun for 2 hours. And the matress was broken when I checked in, they did not change it until the second, it hurt my waist, they changed it only after my strongly complaint.
It can be a great hotel. It has a great restaurant and spa, but the service in it is not good enough, I think that might because they have too much...I do not recommend you to be there.

Very close to the entertainment and shopping area.
One of the only three hotels in Patong area literally "on the beach".
Swimming pool extremely small.
Nobody on duty to watch the people at sea.I was almost drowning at 9.00 a.m and nobody noticed me.
No signboard on the beach to inform about the danger of this sea only a leaflet in the room which I did not see before.Breakfast restaurant very dark and staff not so attentive to the customer.Elaborate procedure to get a taxi or hotel car.
Very strange room lay out (room 115) with a high step to reach the bathroom area: Never seen such a thing in 20 years of travelling...
There is a big window on the shower which gives the uncomfortable impression of being watched while having shower even though there is a wall behind..
Nightlife Tip : Best Discos are Hollywood, Tiger and also Tai Pan but the movement starts at 1.00 a.m !!

private, secluded, on the beach, yet in the middle of all nightlife
this is one of the few hotels located ON patong beach with comfortable, secluded, and secure rooms. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and went out of their way to book us a tour of phi phi lae and phi phi don at the last minute. They even allowed us an additional two hours for late checkout. would stay here again even though it's a bit pricey.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : if you book a tour for phi phi lae and phi phi don, take the speedboat tour. What normally takes hours to reach the island by ferry, you can accomplish in 45 minutes, and receive personalized service. Totally worth the 2,650 baht for half day (11:30 - 18:00) and includes hotel transportation, lunch, drinks, and scuba equipment.

great location, great view of the beach
comfortable rooms
nice food
good service
not many discounts for the off season
Staff can be more fluent in English
Bathroom partition must have a lock
Phuket Cabana enjoys a wonderful location and treats its guests like royalty. I had a really nice time visiting the beach and appreciated the length to which Cabana had gone to make our trip a great experience. A great place to be, I would recommend Phuket Cabana to anyone who goes to Phuket.

Location was great. The rooms and facilities where very good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I like it that eventhough Patong is very commercialised and lively at night, Impiana rooms are still very quiet.
They could have their own umbrella and seats by the beach, so guests could enjoy the beachside without having to pay for the seat rental every single time you use it.
Our stay with Impiana hotel was really surprising. Given that this hotel is in the busiest part of the beach, I was expecting to have a very noisy environment. However, our room was very pleasant and all the amenities were great. Our room was kept very clean by housekeeping and they replenish our water bottle supply every day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great as well, they have lots of choices from local food to western food. The only thing that could be improved are the umbrella/seats by the beachside. The hotel should have their own, so there is no need to pay for the use of the umbrella/seats infront of their hotel.

Large, updated room; Free wireless internet; direct beach access
Mosquitoes were thick on the patios and outside areas of restaurants.
Great location for night life, shopping and eating. The beach is clean and relatively hassle free here (although the jet ski and para-sail vendors will petition you each time you walk by); the pool is relaxing and the room service and pool side service was good with quick response times. Patong shops and bars are easily accessible, but the hotel is quiet and you would never know the street was so busy at night unless you leave the hotel.
Travel tip : Check out the "Ninth Floor" restaurant; 15 min walk for great food, reasonable prices and excellent views of the area and ocean.

Large Comfortable Room. Excellent Service
Lovely rooms with very friendly service. The restaurant gave excellent quality although a bit overpriced, especially for dinner. The restaurant just next door, the 3 Spices, is owned and run by the Impiana. You can in fact use your room number to sign for the bill. And the food is every bit as good at half the price.
Restaurant Tip : Eat next door!

Breakfast was good and had variety choices.
Extraordinary helpful and polite staff at any time and a management that takes care. Lots of complementary like water, tea, coffee, milk. Personalized wash lotion, soap and body balm. Even the low budget room is already a pleasure.
I can say that Impiana Phuket Cabana Resort was suitable for me to stay, I have a very wonderful memory staying there.

Location, location, location. Beachfront bar. Breakfast
Rooms are small, dark, badly designed, with no windows.
The Impiana is one of the few decent Patong hotels directly on the beach. This is a huge plus if the beach is your reason for vacations. The rooms themselves leave a lot to be desired at this price point, among the highest in Patong. They are small and unusually badly designed. The only way to get light or fresh air is the front glass door. On the plus side, Impiana had the best breakfast buffet we had in Thailand in 30 days. Drinks at sunset on the beach were a real delight.
Restaurant Tip : If you ask the staff for a restuarant they will send you to one of the tourist-oriented, expensive seafood places on their street. You can find better on your own.
