Location is amazing, quiet since on the beach yet in the middle of all the action in Patong. Almost nothing to complain, except small pool area and limited number of beach chairs. Need to get there early in the morning to secure a good chair, because guests come there and stake claim for the whole day. This policy should be changed to be fair to all guests, and I already addressed with the hotel. Overall amazing place--one of the few hotels located on the beach in central Patong. I was surprised at how quiet it was throughout the entire hotel, given its central location in Patong. Free internet services throughout, decent spa and boutique feel make this a must-stay in the Patong area. Clientele is mostly older european couples. Will definitely return.
Restaurant Tip : Savoey seafood restaurant is one of the best in Phuket and is just a short walk from the hotel.

Location, staff, Wi Fi internet Hard bed, no privacy in the room, bathroom nos so clean Great location, right in the heart of Patong, but inside the hotel you can barely hear the street noise. One of the few hotels on the beach sand. Food is good, but a little pricey. The Patong beach is crowded, but the sea is great! trasparent and warm. The rooms have no privacy unless you close the curtains. Cleaness was not 100%... we found a plastic sac with some clothes (didn't even wanted to see what it was) behind the sofa, and the bathroom was not so clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go on a tour with Simba Sea Trips. They are awsome!

Good point is that it is on the beach. In patong beach, few hotels is on the beach. There is a pool near beach, and we can relax in sunbed in the hotel seeing the sea. Bad point is that there is a gap between sash and window. Mosquito can easily go into the room. And no mosquito stick in the room.

Excellent hotel. Excellent in the heart of the beach Patong, in close proximity to shopping centers and supermarkets. One of the few hotels in Patong, which is directly on the beach. Excellent bungalow. The only that did not like - a huge number of children in the pool.
Great staff, pleasant and friendly, sense of professionalism in everything! I advise all of this hotel, excellent quality for good money!

Rooms are a little old compared to the price. We loved our stay at the hotel. The rooms are really private since they are like separate bungalows. The food is good, the pool is nice and centrally located with a great view of the ocean right in front of it. But most of all the location is fantastic. Certainly value for money!
Nightlife Tip : Great nightlife since it is very close to Bangla road.

Great rooms, friendly staff, beautiful sandy beach, free high speed internet When the residents of Phuket and Patong Beach ask what hotel you're staying in and you say the Impiana, the response is unanimous - "you're lucky - that's a really nice place." The hotel is beach side, which is rare for Patong Beach. Most hotels are on the opposite side of the street from the beach. The beach is pure sand with no algae or rocks. The hotels on the north side of Patong are on a hill, and have almost no beach. It's a short walking distance to anything you want. I've seen some write-ups that talk about music near by. It's not loud and it ends at midnight. But, if you don't want to hear a little night noise, why are you going to Patong Beach anyway? The staff is great and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated.
Nightlife Tip : The main nightlife is about 5 blocks away. Close enough to walk.

The hotel staff are very nice and very helpful, the buffet breakfast not that fancy but got everything you need and not to mention the landscapes are to die for. The hotel room could be better, the toilet getting old and the room is a bit hot even with the fan on. When I checked in the receptionist are very helpful, i didn't even need to be at the check in counter and strange enough, they didn't even ask for any deposit. They guide me to my room and explained everything that i need to know about the room. On my first night there i got my ankle sprinted, they offered to call a doctor and they even suggested that it's much cheaper to go to Patong Hospital.
My guest never had a hard time from the hotel staff, they made an effort to explain that if you bring different guest every night then you will have to pay but if it's the same guest then there no need to pay anything.
We were in the swimming pool at 430am and the guard only told us, you can swim but please be quiet.
I will for sure go back to Impiana next time I'm in phuket.
Nightlife Tip : For those who love playing pool, go to Aussie bar!! You will never be alone and everyone will be happy to play you in pool, the manager and staff are really nice.

Upscale, right on beach, good service Some rooms set back behind others (i.e. not right on beach) Excellent location on Patong Beach. Set right on beach (unlike most other hotels) yet within very short walk (less than 2 minutes) from main entertainment drag. Upscale feel, good service. Breakfast was good. Very nice fresh water pool and easy access to beach activities (without being pestered by touts). Stayed a week and would definitely come back in future. Not cheap but good value for upscale facility.

Romantic, tranquil and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the resort was ideally located in the heart of Patong. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and beautiful.
Occasional power failure and room door lock seemed to be worn out. We spent four nights and it was a romantic getaway. The hotel was ideally located with lots of activities. eg. Bangla Road with restaurants and bars, Jungceylon shopping mall within walking distance. Most of all the hotel rooms has direct access to the beach compared to other hotels where you have to walk a distance or you have to walk across the busy street. Would definitely return with my loved one. Highly recommended!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tour packages (Phi Phi island/Krabi-One day trip etc.) can be bought at many travel booths along the street. Make sure to check out the prices and bargain. You will be surprised that you might be paying just half the price compared to the ones offered at the hotel.

On Patong Beach, a lot shopping and food centers. This hotel is on Patong beach, which is famous on Phuket island. A lot for shopping center and food junction or Bars nearby, which makes it convenient for living. The hotel is on beach and really beautiful. We can get a massage on beach and feel really relaxed. We also have breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. We sit near beach and feel sea the wind and have wonderful breakfast. The room here is special. It looks a small house in the garden which make it very quiet. We really like it. You also access internet free in the room. This is very thoughtful.As total, we enjoyed the stay here.

Perfect view-I think you can't find such a wonderful hotel on patong beach which is close to the sea. Patong beach is little bit noisy, but Cabana give me a different feeling. It's quite and nice. But the bar street is in 5 mins distance. From the information I got from the net, it seems that it's an old hotel. But in fact, the room and facility are brand new, it's perfect. No weakness I could find. Perfect Service - Since we are a group of 3 families including 3 kids. We have to take the mid night flight leave from Phuket. It's a headache for us for the last day. After I talked to the people of Cabana, they offer an living room with a pretty reasonable price. Very much appreciated. I think my choice is absolutely correct.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Perfect sea view hotel on the Patong beach and the perfect service you could enjoy!
