Very close to Bangla road. (The most exciting place to be at night in Phuket). Some employees needs customer service training. Everything is great. Very close to everywhere in Patong Beach. Also close to Karon Beach. Water sport is available at the step of beach. So it is highly recommended to stay at. However Some of the employees needs a little training.
Other than staff training (customer service), I think this is the best place you should stay in Patong Beach. Even the rate is expensive, but it is worth the money. Trust me, you will be amazed. Again highly recommended to everyone!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Experience Bangla Road at night and take a day trip to Ko Phi Phi Island. Clear blue water with a lot of playful fish.

beach bar closes at 8pm a very good value hotel centrally situated on patongs beach road and close to all amenities and night life. rooms are of a very good standard and well equipped with bath and rain shower. breafast is buffet style with option of freshly cooked eggs of your choice, however late night revellers be warned that breakfast finishes at 10.30am.

Nice welcome but didn't even see the room at all. Some how there was problem with my reservation after cancelling and re-booking again that Agoda and Hotel didn't have e-mail transaction so there was no room avaliable at all. So hotel front desk manager went out of his ways to find out equal level star hotel in last minute without a questions. He made the trip very pleasent to stay and will stay at hotel next trip.

Location great. Nice rooms. Bad experience staying here. i'll start with the positives....great spot, we had a junior suite which was very nice and the girls at breakfast were fantastic. The negatives....SOME front office staff not attentive to requests and seem to lack any sense of urgency fro anything..poror communication and planning. We paid premium dollars to stay in a junior suite for a week and they put us in a room right next to the restuarant where 3 out of the 7 nights were booked out for private functions. On these nights we had loud fireworks explode over our room and music so loud that we felt like we were in a rave. We complained, but were told that they were full...which i dont believe. We had our one year old with us, so not the sort of holiday we were wanting. I would request a room away from the restuarant. Also i had food poisioning from room service. the night manager couldnt really give a shit. But the girls at breakfast rock!!

Very nice cabanas and facilities
The hotel is very nice. Everything was nice about it. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is right on the beach. The pool is a bit small. Pa Tong is very busy though.

The staff are just wonderful!!!!So caring.
Absolutely everything is fantastic! I have stayed at the Impiana several times and now I wouldnt stay any where else.This resort is outstanding in every way.Location, level of service by the staff, cleanliness,value for money,services provided,eg Day Spa are all of the highest standard.I would recommend it to other travellers always.In fact I send my clients there!
Travel tip : There is a great Hairdressing Salon nearby called The Mathaya Salon

Location is good. Right on Beachfront and on the quieter side of Bang La Road.
Breakfasts pretty good and comprehensive.
Rooms and bathrooms good sized
Little nighttime noise. Rooms are showing their age with damaged walls, cracked concrete floors and somewhat fusty.
Front desk staff dtinct lack of English and comprehension.
Room including cutlery not cleaned properly in fact left dirty. The accommodation was booked through the Web, on the basis of location, appearance and facilities and was at the top end of price range. After allowing for some poetic license, I feel disappointed.
Arriving late on a wet afternoon, I was greeted by the only front desk person on duty who was unable to communicate in basic English and unable to explain what facilities were available. The room, although reasonably large was dirty and showing its age. The Aircon whilst not as bad as some other places, was not reliable in terms of temperature adjustment.
One good feature is that there was little noise, especially at Night time.
Personally I do not believe that it was worth the money and I personally would not stay there again.
Shopping Tip : Take your laundry across the road. Plenty of people want your business at a fraction of what the hotel would like to charge.

service, proximity to the beach, comfort of room We loved our stay at the Impiana! The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were always very nice and helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable. We were upgraded without even asking for an upgrade! What a treat! The buffet breakfast had a fairly good selection of food. The beach is literally a step from the hotel pool. The Impiana isn't as close to the main hub as other hotels, but it's not a long walk at all (5 mins extra walk). Would definitely stay here again!

Just at the beach, beautiful spot for watching sunset, friendly staff. Assistant manager was extremely pleasant. Lots of security guards, since rooms are cabana style rooms mosquitos are entering in to the rooms and other bugs. We had a problem after few days with the room, AC suddenly stopped working but after some time they fixed it promptly. That night we heard a strange noise and we thought it was a thief but we found out that it was a mouse, which we did not like.
Next day we complained to a very friendly assistant manager and our room was promptly replaced with the new room, which was nice.
This is not really a complaint as hotel is in the tropical island so they cant really fight against the nature.
What was bit strange is a huge security in front and around the hotel - uniformed guards which were polite. I guess it was important to have them to prevent theft.
Finally there was an unpleasant experience in front of hotel when American guy come with a story of losing all his posessions and asking for help.

Beach facing with nice view.
The room is nice and big, especially like the bathroom. Staff are friendly.
Best is free internet in the room which is important to me. There is no shelter from the room to lobby and have to carry umbrella if it rain.
The swimming pool is a bit small.
This is one of the few hotel by the beach in Patong area. with the beach facing room, we can see the sea from the bed. Romantic for couple. The hotel is located at the central of Patong and can reach most of the places by walking. As we are departing at night, the hotel even offer us a temporary room to clean up before going to airport even though we already checkout at noon. Really considerate.

Impiana Cabana Patong is uniquely situated at a beachfront which makes it convenient for guests to enjoy the beach without any hassle. As well, its cabana styled rooms are spacious and cozy with a nice verandah for guests to sit out and relax. Overall, it's a great hotel for anyone looking for having a beachfront hotel with just a minute walk to the popular sites in Patong

Location is excellent, great access to beach, very nice pool, friendly staff Rooms were small and unimpressive. This hotel is fabulous because of its location. Its right on the beach and near all the restaurants and nightlife. The pool is really nice and just steps from the ocean. Makes for great days of relaxing. Staff was really friendly. Only issue was the size of the rooms for the price. But you are definately paying for the location and convenience.

The hotel was very good; easy to everything. There is nearby 5 minutes walk a nice center with some shops around and many restaurants and coffee shops; The location is great near busy area around no need take a taxi to go around; directly near the beach very realaxing area.
The staff was very welcoming and speaking well English; serve you first class and professional; The room was very convenient with internet access etc;. The room was clean always with ability to open window and get a fresh air. nice balcony.
I would recommend to my friends.

hotel is resort style, clean and nice, staff is ok price a bit high, though in general everything has risen in phuket.. pool is also a bit small impiana cabana resort & spa is one of the nice hotel situated along the beach. The superior rooms are quite small, only good for and a family of 2 adults with 1 child. if you have another adult wanting to bunk in, it is a bit squeezy, especially when the toilet is also a bit open concept.the restaurants serve reasoning tasty food, though also price on the high side..
