The best of the Resort is close to beach .

Totally speaking, it's a good resort for you to go to Patong Beach.It's on the beach and very close to business central, and to night bar.But the facilities is old-fashion.And there are many European there, the service is not so impressed.

I stayed 2 weeks there in begining november, I could not be any more happy, great food, clean rooms, very comfy, great staff, I truly love this place. There is nothing negative I can say about this place, for sure it is my place of stay next trip.

great location. right on the beach and bangla road. can't beat that combination. i liked the rooms were individual attached buildings, not on different floors.
be warned, they charge for 'extra' overnight guests, which is just crazy.

only bad things i found were there were a few cockroaches about in my room, guest fee per guest per day, and air can turns off when you leave the room

Very relaxing place and the staff will not bother you unless you want them to or you bring a unregistered guest back with you. even if you purchased room for two they will charge 2000 Baht each night you bring a guest. Very quiet if you stay out late and want to sleep in. Overall > good.
Nightlife Tip:
Very close to restaurants and Bangla Rd. Get a speed boat to Phi Phi the tour boat takes too long.

Location was best point - great pool with chairs overlooking beach for those who don't want to enjoy the beach directly. Service is slow but polite and helpful. Spa area is nice and accommodating but slightly expensive compared to local spas.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try to book your shows/island trips on a weekday where possible to avoid larger crowds. Also pack snacks and extra water!
