The hotel is fabulous, the room was just nice and spacious for four of us. Its great to laze in pool, with the sea view we could do it whole day. Location was perfect , quiet and cozy with the beach just a few metre away that you'll forget that you actually in the bustling town of Patong. However the staff didn't smile much but they were prompt and efficient. I don't recommend the Wed night special buffet dinner, for abt THB1100 per person you can get better deal at other restaurants in Patong. On the whole I like it and most likely will stay here for next Phuket visit.

stayed for 4d3n.
arrived at hotel about 5pm, however, rooms were not ready.
booked 2 rooms, myself and hubby, and the other parents and sister. noted we requested to reception staff, (and during online booking) for a double bed instead of twin single beds but not prepared despite assuring us that it'll be "ready in 30min". Problem was however , corrected the 2nd day.
The other problem was insufficient hot water at night for shower. Returned back from shopping tired, (being the second person to shower), the shower tap only dispensed lukewarm water. so not pleasant.
apart from the above issues, stay was memorable and enjoyable.

A good hotel, clean and quiet.
Food served in morning were totally out of taste.

I enjoy so much of my stay in the hotel. Children can go to beach without our accompany (just next to our room and the breakfast restaurant).
The security wise, i believe ppl in phuket don't worry so much of security. Outsiders can easily access into resort from the beach (if they want to), but nothing happen so far.
Overall, good hotel and good rate I got it from Agoda!!!

We had a very nice time staying at the hotel. We got what we paid for. The staff was helpful and courteous. The best part is that this hotel is right on the beach and so we could just head straight to the beach from our room and back.

To be recommended. more complimentary water in room would have been enjoed, but not an issue to spoli our stay at all!

The location of the hotel is well located. Great service from staff. Love the ambience of the hotel. Great place for people who like to shopping but at the same time, stay at a quiet hotel. Easy to walk to shopping area.
Shopping Tip:
Easy to catch a cab to shopping mall. Jungcelon shopping area but the cab will definitely charge you at a higher price because you stay in a more expensive hotel.

We, 7 pax, stayed in 3 rooms in neibourhood, but very close to the street. When I was introduced into the rom 101, I raised my concern to the receptionist that it would be too noisy due to it's too close to the street, but she rejected by my suggestion to change a room even without further check wether there is a room available via its booking system. Finally I agree to have a try first considering we'd like to have rooms in neibourhood. But finally it turn to be very noisy even till 2am. P.S. the receptionist had a poker face without one smile during our check-in and room introduction, and nil introduction of the hotel, including the breakfast area, etc.,....
At last, I have to say the location is great, where you can enjoy the sea and shopping and food as well. The breakfast is good, and rest staff is very helpful and willing to meet your requirement.
Travel tip:
Do not stay in the rooms near the road, say 101 &102
