Absolutely beautiful, we stayed in Kelly Quarters which was architecturally an awesome design, did not spare anything, great size rooms with lrge toilet/bathroom area, not to mention outdoor deck with large lounge, outdoorr bath and table and chairs. Highly recommended for price, would definitely stay again there should we visit phuket again...
No drink on arrival, didnt have bungalow that was booked, however we were upgraded which was a good thing..... no wireless (unless paid for), but apart from that was all worth it...
This resort is huge, architecturally designed without little for the imagination. 3 large outdoor pools, gymnasium, cafes, bars, awesome rooms (check out kelly quarters). The rooms were to die for, large with huge bathroom area and awesome outdoor area with outdoor bath, large lounge and table and chairs, immaculately presented and definitely value for money. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend this resort.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great for those into kitesurfing. Only place on island where people flocked to for this sport.

Beautiful landscape with lush vegetation
Outdoor bathtub of Pearl Suite
Great poolside service in form of free water and fruit
Extremely helpful concierge
Standard toiletries such as toothbrush and sanitary bag were not provided.
A most relaxing holiday in Phuket was what we got at the Indigo Pearl. The landscaping of the hotel grounds is beautiful with much greenery everywhere you look. Since the grounds are vast, the many signs were greatly appreciated but it still took us a day to get our bearings and find the shortest way to the pool and restaurant. The adults only pools are very private in comparison to the main pool. Nevertheless there weren't screaming kids to spoil the mood around the main pool and it has nice quiet jacuzzi corners. Poolside service is very good as you get iced water with slices of lemon the minute you sit at your deck chair. Later on we were served little plates of fruit - a very nice touch indeed! The outdoor bath tub on the balcony of our Pearl Suite is fabulous and it's been some time since we were so keen to take a bath! As exhibitionist as you may want to be, there are blinds on the balcony to provide you with some discretion as you frolic in the bubble bath. No doors for the indoor shower as well as the toilet but this just added to the ambience of the room. The water pressure of the rain shower was a little slow though. Service is excellent as we found out when we asked for a buggy ride to the restaurant
for dinner when it rained very heavily. The buggy arrived almost as soon as we hung up the phone! The gym is well equipped and well patronised in the early morning. They also lay out healthy snacks -another nice touch! The metal influenced design of the hotel from the architecture right down to the cutlery is most interesting. We would have liked to enjoy the hotel spa but their prices very high so we chose to seek massages elsewhere. All the same, this is a gorgeous hotel and we would definitely return!

This is a big hotel,277 rooms but you feel you are the only ones there as it is so spacious
There is nothing about this hotel I would change, well maybe the price of the beer.
This hotel really is paradise, the grounds are enormous as are the rooms(a hotels room where you can loose your partner as they are so big). The buffets are superb, nothing is to much trouble, seems anything you want they will do for you.The staff are so kind and helpful, they look out for people new people to the dining room and show them to a table and where things are.The swimming pools (three)are perfect and include one just for adults. Then there is the private beach where cold drinks and snacks are served. And how about an outdoor bath in your own garden
Shopping Tip : Take some drinks with you

Lustrous greens, beautiful pools, generous and rich breakfast, friendly staff, interesting designs with a touch of class
We went to Indigo Pearl for a family trip along with some other family friends. We were anxious just by looking at the website but a bit disappointed when we reached the front door. The resort entrance didn't look very grand and I was afraid I might have introduce the wrong one for my family.. However, after checking in and loofing around the resort, we were really pleased to find that Indigo Pearl was sooo beautiful with lots of beautiful and lustrous tropical plants covering the whole resort. There are 3 beautiful pools which we totally enjoyed including my baby son. We were staying in one of the plantation villas and it offered a good ambience and interesting experience for us. One of the best points about Indigo Pearl is it's generous spread of breakfast.. we enjoyed not only the food but also the time lazed around the breakfast table. We were vegans but there's also ample choice for us. Really appreciate the experience with Indigo Pearl and we will certainly return again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Must go to Pool no.1, the water is extra comforting and the landscaping is really beautiful.. it's more for soaking in the water relaxing and not really for swimmers though.

rooms very well presnted, grounds very large that you don't feel crowded yet at breakfast time you actually see there are lots of guest. staff very friendly reconmend the cooking class at Moos kitchen
had beach access but limited lounges
for a relaxing holiday highly recondmend the indigo pearl facilities are great and good deals are easy to get on Agoda if you get a pavillon upgrade you won't be dissappointed. meals at the hotel are not overpriced and you still have the option to go to local resturants on the beach for a good and cheap meal. the beach is nice too with no rocks or coral to wade thru. there is a local taxi service outside the hotel and our driver Auus spoke very good english, ask for him
Restaurant Tip : Octupus was good for coffee and No. 4 laundry provided a great service

Friendly staff, very nice decoration and Spa treatment.
It is not drictly on the beach.
Very good resort with all facilites and very big green areas, rooms are very nice with small balcony that you can enjoy the weather, trees and privacy, bathroom is nice with big shower room.
Staff is so friendly and they gave us champain and fruit basket for free since we are honeymooners.
Swimming pool is big and nice.
The resort is amazing but you have to stay few days in order to enjoy it all with the facilites and Spa.
Nightlife Tip : Bars are available at walking distance from the resort.

Beautifully appointed interior design with unique, interesting features
Some more lounges on beach would be good if space permitted more to be available
We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo Pearl. The hotel has given a great amount of attention to detail to ensure that guests have a very pleasant stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and it was nice to chat with them in both English and with our limited Thai. It makes such a difference for guests when the reception, concierge, grounds, restaurant/bar and recreation staff are as nice and helpful as everyone was at Indigo Pearl. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned to stay for another five days at Indigo Pearl after we had spent few days on another island near Phuket.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : An interesting day trip, or longer if you prefer, can be done to Koh Yao Noi. Take a taxi to Bang Rong Pier then take either a longtail boat or speedboat to the island. There are several resorts on the island. Alternatively, you can travel to Koh Yao Yai, but this island is much less developed and is a much larger island than Koh Yao Noi. Taxis are about as expensive to travel around Koh Yao Yai island as you would find on Phuket. Ferry times can be provided by Indigo Pearl concierge staff.

Being upgraded.
Design is gorgeous
Very helpful staff
Great location - near airport and away from all the busy action in Patong
Amazing food
Food was a bit pricy and charing $8 AUS for a 500ml bottle of water is a bit over the price range
I would definately recommend that you stay here. It was so peaceful and so lovely to walk around. The room was so gorgeous (Plantation Villa) I could have just stayed there all day. The food is yummyyyyyyyyyy but they have definately overpriced the water.
Hotel Feature Tip : Buy yourself a bottle of water from outside of the hotel.
If you can afford to, Stay in the plantation villa. Or, maybe you will be lucky like us and will be upgraded.

shower was a little dirty
great hotel for couples i went with my girl friend, lots of pools and they have some free activities, very nice private beach i would recemond the kite surfing if your up to it, there is an excellent cheap restrant called baan ra tree at the beach nai yang which is beside the hotel prices and food good. the hotel food and ameneties are a little expensive, like the thai massage i think was 1500 bhatt but if you go to the beach just out side the hotel it is around 300 bhatt
Restaurant Tip : baan ra tree at nai yang beach outside the hotel at the beach, there are lots of small shops it feels like a small town and is nice to get away from a place like patong where it is alot more touristy

All Good. Great staff, food. Very reasonably priced through Agoda. Beautiful setting. Stayed first 3 nights of honeymoon. Perfect to unwind after the madness.
Quiet at night, young couple would find any more than a few nights a bit boring if you wanted a bit of craic in the early AM.

close to the airport. nice resort with all the amenities. Very friendly staff.
far away from Patong. a bit of a walk to the beach.
Overall, I really enjoyed the stay at Indigo Pearl. If you are looking for the night life at Phuket, this would not be a hotel for you. The location is a bit secluded far away from Patong where all the action is. It is well suited for people seeking some quite time and relaxation.
I recommend the nice little seafood restaurants along the beach. You will get the most bang for you buck versus the over priced hotel restaurants.

there is a great small town feeling on the beach nai yang beach which is steps from the hotel, small restraunts , surfing, small shops etc excellent to eat for cheap one great restraunt was the BAAN RA TREE restraunt
this hotel was great for couples but the spa was expensive try to take advantage of the free pilates and mui thai kick boxing classes they are complimentary i stayed in the plantation villa very nice shower and bath outside, the only one bad thing was lots of mosquitos but i guess that comes with visiting phuket
Restaurant Tip : go to the baan ra tree restraunt it is 2 miniute walk from the hotel at nai yang beach
great food nice staff

Good theme and great attention to detail. Good service.
Food and drinks overpriced despite it being 5 star resort.
Indigo Pearl was an fantastic holiday! I found the prices of resturant food and drinks very over priced; despite expecting 5 star prices, the quality was lacking (especially the cocktails). The staff were all freindly and polite and very helpful. We had maid service everyday and found the room spotlessly clean and tidy each time we returned to it. The Tin mine theme was good, and the attention to detail quite impressive. Would definately recomend this hotel.
