none

We loved the Unique architcture and right on the beach and just 10 minutes from the airport - although no noise from planes at all! It is plain to see why this hotel has won so many rewards and accolades. Everywhere you look the attention to detail is incredible - The pools were lovely and especially the adults only pool for a bit of peace and quiet. The restaurants were great and resonably procid for a hotel of this standard. You can always pop out to the beach for a less expensive snack - loved it and will visit again

The indigo pearl had great service, set in tropica setting. The rooms are great also

Ac not working in common areas

The indigo pearl had great service, great rooms. The food is very expensive but is well worth the price. The pool are great but close to early 6pm. Very relaxing tropical setting. Hotel have beach club, there you can go an relax and watch the sunset, great place if you just want to relax away form the busy city, very seclude yet only the thirty five minutes for the city.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sightseeing trips price better if purchased outside of hotel

Great service. Nice pools. Tranquil settings.

Food can be expensive but expected for a resort.

Excellent location and service. Great venue very relaxing around the adults only pool. Close to the beach and shops. 5 star. Unexpected power outage whilst we were there, was restored in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended resort for relaxing and indulging.

Shopping Tip : Beware the day trip to Central shopping using hotels transfer is very lengthy, over 5 hours. Avoid the shopping center and stay by the pool.

Great relaxation music. Nice decoration Innovative ideas all around the hotel

I had a serious issue with mosquitoes all over my room and I had to chase them one by one!

They have a spectacular interior decoration, a great number of great ideas for each and every object in the room. Great hospitality with a magnificent service.

Hotel Feature Tip : Inform them if you are on your honeymoon, they have a nice complimentary service

The staff, design through out , the breakfast, the peace.

Not so much a weakness but something to be wary of is that the resort is a long way from anywhere else so it's expensive to go for a day trip into Phuket town, Patong (not that there's anything to see there!) or otherbeaches like Kata.

A beautifuly designed resort with very attentive staff. Breakfast was very good but the other food in the resort was a little disappointing. We ate outside the resort but because it was low season not a lot was open. That said, if you want tosit poolside and forget about the rest of the world IP is the resort for you. The outdoor bath is a nice touch too.

Nice concept/deco, big grounds, 3 pools

Beach - not the best

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The grounds was large enough not to notice many of the other guests. We rented a car to get around and that worked very well for us as taxis can be quite expensive if you get out a lot. Nice beach area with small cosy beach restaurants. If you like kite surfing, there are 2 shops nearby catering to that.

- Everything has its detail,i mean every thing. - Very big garden so help wash away your toxicity. - Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices and a a touch of local foods.

- Walkway in the hotel is like a maze, you will not be able to easily fic your home. - Not a good cocktail in the bar, better try wine or local beer.

Just wanna start with the good comments: It is a real "Theme hotel". with all the details in the rooms, bars, restaurants, lobby and everything.. You will love this hotel and their dedicated design. Plenty of tropical trees and flower will make you relax. But if you dont really like "Modern" design, you may not like the room though there are lots of detail in. Foods in hotel is excellent but only for breakfast. other outlets are just ok.. one last thing, dont order cocktails..lets have Wine or Beer!

Hotel Feature Tip : Try strolling away along the long walkway in hotel and enjoy the lush. Souvenior shop in the hotel "Stock Room" is good for some unique things, really recommended.

great facilities, original modern design, great service, excellent buffet bfast and restaurants, pools were fantastic, private beach

spa was a little on the expensive side. not close to anything else but it is very self contained

fantastic resort, you don't really need to leave the resort for anything, i stayed in a pearl suite which was beautifully furnished.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : kite surfing school next door to resort if you are keen to try

This was my favorite hotel on my trip. The room was lavish and the bathroom is HUGE. The breakfast here was by far the best breakfast I had on the trip...huge selection, fresh and delicious. Beach is walking distance and Indigo Pearl has an area for guests to stay at the beach.

Far from Patong if you want night life. Great place for romance with your partner. The Black Pearl restaurant was disappointing as the table for me and my partner had us sitting ~7 feet apart and there was an older couple sitting above us looking down at us while we tried to pretend this was nice...weird set up. We asked to sit outside and it was much better.

Overall this hotel is 5 stars! The moment we arrived we were treated great. The room was a pool view suite (we were upgraded from Plantation Villa) and it was very nice. The hotel is massive so plan to walk around it and discover everything there your first day because there is all sorts of hidden gems around there (multiple swimming pools, gym, beach access, etc.) and the landscaping is beautiful. This hotel is the real deal and I give my strongest recommendation for you to stay here. Value for the money here for sure.

Shopping Tip : When you go to the beach there is a whole community out there. Great restaurants that are cheap and on the beach (we had a lobster at one that was great). Walk around first to check all the prices for massage (there was a place that offered a 2 hour thai massage for 400 baht!). Bargain if you buy anything including the tours. I went to the Phi Phi islands for less than half of the original asking price. 5 minute drive from airport. I was picked up by Indigo Pearl (350 baht), but it was worth it as I was driven to hotel in a huge air-conditioned van and was given ice-cold water and a jasmine-infused wash cloth as soon as I stepped into the van. Great overall experience!

Location Chilling next to the pool Serve

Main weakness was the price and quality of the restaurants.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed if you want to chill by the pool. We stayed in a plantation villa which was a lovely room. The serve was first class. The only do side for us was the restaurant food with was poor for the price. Say this the pool side food was very good but again pricey. In all I would recommend this hotel for couples who want to get away from it all.

Restaurant Tip : Beach restaurants are great and a hell of a lot cheaper than the hotel.

The grounds were lovely, and the beach side service was great! Food was delicious and staff was friendly.

The lock on our sliding door was broken and we actually got locked out in the private tub area, and had to scream for help for about 2 hours until someone came into our room to let us out. There was no storage in the bathroom for toiletries, and no place to hang towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo Pearl. It was different from other resorts where we stayed as it was huge. The grounds were lovely, and it was nice to just stroll around, but the hotel also offers free buggy service 24 hours a day, which is nice if you are too tired to walk. We spent most of our time enjoying the beach, though I think there may have been a storm right before we arrived because there was a lot of debris on the beach. In front of the Indigo Pearl lounges, however, the debris was cleared away each morning, which was nice. The only part about the hotel that I found bothersome was the lack of storage in the bathroom of our villa. There was no place to put any toiletries. In addition, the lock on the door the the private outdoor tub wasn't working properly and when we went out for a bath, we slid the door shut and it locked from the inside! We were stuck outside for hours. Luckily my partner climbed the wall and waved down some staff to help rescue us.

Nice setting, good variety of restaurants. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds.

Well not exactly a con but for my taste the place is a bit too big, more into smaller ressorts. Beach area looks pritty dirty and not inviting. A bit remote maybe for people who like to got out.... A good choice for people who like the more quieter places.

It was my first stay at the Indigo and really like the place. As any other places there are some cons but not really worth mentioning them. Very friendly staff.

The concept. The idyllic location. The spread. The personalized every little details. Award winning tasteful deco thruout. Details on each part & portions of the resort. Bedroom & Bathroom's concept.

Front desk customer service staffs seem to be slow & too careful. Could it be due to their inability to understand English well? Need to emphasize a point a couple of times in different ways.

The resort is awesome as it's located in a more secluded part of northern Phuket close to International Airport (5-10min drive@B150 local taxi) On arrival we were being attended to by a lovely lady Khun Chan who led us to our "private hut" & explained to us various info about the resort. On departure, she also assisted us alot in making sure our luggages are taken care of & promptly advised us that airport check in closing is 45min prior to departure. Earlier we asked the front desk ppl and nobody seem to know for sure what time is the check-in closing time. Asking them to call airport seemed like a difficult task to them. Restaurant menu price list is a bit on higher end. The beach though was not extensive but good enough. They have an amazing raised pool over looking other huts & tropical greeneries surrounding it. Loved the "industrial" theme of decor throughout—apparently Thailand was big in tin mining so the decor is an homage to that. The room was great, well designed and private. Adult only pool was nice and quiet. Good breakfast buffet, including made-to-order eggs, pancakes, etc. Staff was attentive w/o being too attentive.

The beach was not so clean below the restaurants but nice where the hotel's beach chairs were. Weird happy hour times at the various bars.

Upon arrival they upgraded us to the Plantation Villa at no charge, they said because we booked through Agoda. We had only planned to stay one night and then go on to Phi Phi but, once we saw the room, I called Agoda and extended our stay for the three days we had left in Phuket. (We'll get to Phi Phi another time.) Our villa faced a lagoon across a patio and was superbly laid out including a large outdoor tub. To tell the truth, we didn't eat at the hotel except for breakfasts. Other services available on the beach were terrific foot massages, kite boarding, scuba. We also stayed one night in Patong--if that's your thing, Indigo may not be. The beach was pretty quiet, good for a long walk on the sand.

Restaurant Tip : Hotel restaurants were rather expensive. We opted for the local Thai cuisine on the beach—very good, particularly Linda's Seafood. There was also a good pizza place run by a Spanish gentleman.

Amazing architecture. Fabulous service! Delicious food! Excellent activities schedule for adults. Lovely rooms. So easy to get to and from the airport. Amazing massages

More shade available by the pool. Spray for the mosquitoes. Rivet Grill was overpriced and way too slow! Kids Club could use more organization and less television.

We had a wonderful week stay at Indigo Pearl. The architecture and design of the resort is so amazing and well done. We couldn't believe all of the details they have thought for the finishing design touches. We had requested a hotel transfer from the airport and a staff person greeted us with a smile, umbrellas and a cool van filled with cold water and moist wash cloths. The Pearl Bedroom was beautiful and large enough for myself, my husband and our daughter (could have even had another child in with us). We participated in the cooking class, tennis, visit to the local temple, special Thai New Year meal/celebration, massages, kids club, etc. and thought they were all very well done with excellent attention to the needs of the guests. The food was excellent, but best being the Ginger restaurant. Overall, the value for money was fabulous and we would recommend this place to anyone and return ourselves if Phuket is on our travel plans!
