great view and spacious room with the right facilities of a good villa.The facilities were there but the up keeping is lacking and irritating with lights and electricity and one of our rooms has a mouldy smell which was irritating.The villa is abit off the patong beach and could be good if the shuttle serices could be increase from current once to 2 or 3 trips a day.
Restaurant Tip:
As the villa is a bit off patong, F&B facilities could be improved. Going for food in patong cost 600 thb for a 6km return journey.
