Good Room, Nice Bay View, Convenient

Was looking for a place near Chalong Pier as needed to board a boat the day after. Room was good for the price. I find that for the price you pay, what you get from Jasmine House is much better than some of the guesthouses around the area. Rooms have view of the bay which is also another plus. 7-11 right downstairs and all the bars and restaurants are all in walking distance. Surprisingly, actually pretty quiet and rather peaceful at night.

Nice Hotel with a good location

I stayed in Jasmine House because I make a Dive-Coure here for 3weeks. And the location is good, close to the divecenter. The room is o.k. it has everything that I need. The view from the balcony is nice. Only thing which disturbes me are the ants everywhere. I wouldn't choose it to make a holiday here, but when youre anyway out the whole day it is o.k. I don't like Chalong in general it's not a nice place at all for a holiday...

This hotel is cheap but very good for the money imo. The room is adequate for the price. It is within a 1-2 min walk to the pier. There are many restaurants and bars around it as well. The owner also has a restaurant close by which had very good food.
The only con is at night there was always loud music. It did not bother me but it might bother some.
Restaurant Tip:
an amazing Pizza place close by Agli Amici is very close and very good. Also, go to the roundabout at the end of the street and go left, many good restaurants down that road. Small street market if you go right at night.

Owner is very friendly and helpful, speaking very good English.
Location: On the one hand, this hotel is located very near Chalong Pier and boat launch areas. Also, there is a 7/11 store on the ground floor. Wi-fi is fast and free. But on the other hand, also of this very near location to the pier, it is very noisy. There is also a taxi station right in front of it and taxi drivers advertise loudly.
Price is good.

Nice big room few meters from Chalong Pier

We stayed here for three days, nice location with some good bars and restaurants around, 7 eleven just under the hotel. A few meters to Chalong Pier which is very useful if you need to do a boat trip. Really kind and helpful staff that speaks english.

Good location for Day Tour

I booked a boat tour and gather at early morning. This Hotel is just beside the Pier and can allow more time for sleeping. 7-11 is just beside the hotel and I can take an instant noodle at mid-night. Good price for a overnight stay.

Great place, Service with a smile

i arrived in the middle of the evening, you know at that time that most hotel owners have just settled in for the night and really doesn't what to be disturbed. ha ha. the entrance which is a little obscure, is just on the right hand side of the 7/11 shop. it doesn't have a big entrance, but just look for a door with a phone number on it. i called the number an straight away the owner responded, he spoke perfect english and in no time flat he was at my side and nothing was too much. he was such a great guy and in no time i was sorted and in my lovely cosy room. don't expect the hilton, but this place is great value, close to every amenity, yet very private and so clean everywhere. i come back to my room and it looks spotless, wow. as you can hear, i'm excited about this place, sometime when you stay at budget hotel you get some real crappy places, but this is so pleasant and the owner even came up later to check if i needed anything "how often does that happen, like never)"
if you need a good room, with friendly people and great value you can't go wrong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is every activity to do here under the sun and out off. Visit the local bars here, for a fun night out, Go on, just get into the street, just around the corner and the locals will show you how friendly they are by inviting you to join them. If you like Sailing and fishing, you are in the best spot in the world. Just ask the owner , I'm sure he's got a few people he know who can look after you. The little coffee shop across the street with glass all round and little cute areas inside to sit a enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee is one of my favourite's. There's also a Local Language School further up the road, run by a guy named David, a true scholar and a gentleman, he will see you right if you need an ED visa and finally for your laundry walk or drive up toward the circle and before the end of the road on your left you will see a laundry shop, really great service also at a good price. I chose this hotel because it is very near to someone I had to visit. The room is relatively large with a table to work on and a balcony to sit outside. It has aircon and hot water. Owner was friendly and spoke good English.
Nightlife Tip:
There are a number of small bars and restaurants in this street, worth to check out.
