it was perfect!

it was simply perfect!...I ve booked the single bed in a dorm but it is actually a room on your own with a tent as a door, divided fron the other ones and with a large shower and bathroom......you don t need anything else for a summertime staying....your own privacy and your own fan but for less than 10 dollars...and the people at the reception were really nice also the girls who clean up!...I ve booked for 4 nights at the beginning than I didn t change at all...i stayed 4 more night! you can rent the motorbike for 200baht a day and the towel for 20!....and it s in quiet area, not noisy at all!.....I ll definitely come back for another trip in phuket to save some money and relax at the same time!

The hotel itself has been modified from a commercial building, but it's comfortable, clean, and safe. If you have a big luggage may be a bit awkward to carry up the stair. The location is also good, calm and quiet environment. Convenient store is just steps away and not selling with a tourist price (meaning not high, very near to the general price). The hotel owner is always there to answer and assist all your questions, and they speak English well, as well as their staff.
Nightlife Tip:
Kata Night Plaza is nearby where you will have nice restaurant and bar to sit and enjoy night life.

I can just recommend this hotel for everybody! Room service with clean towels every day, with free drinking water and toiletries every day.
Hotel staff extremely friendly, and helpful, they organise many trips, even help you to book cheap taxi!
It is really near to the beach, maximum 10 minutes but while you walk to the beach you won't get bored as you will see many shops, restaurants and massage salon on your way.
The room has air condition and balcony as well. Around the corner you can get cheap but very very delicious food.
I almost cried when we left the area!!!!
Restaurant Tip:
Definitely go to Racha guest house- Restaurant to have delicious but very cheap meal, (breakfast for 100baht) fresh smoothies made with real fruits for 35baht, or or order delicious thai food for 50-70 baht.
The staff is very kind, very friendly it was a pleasure to have dinner there every night.It is located on the corner of Jinta.

this place was great for relaxing after our first week in patong. much more relaxing. the little restaurant across the road on the corner was cheap but very good. they even delivered food to our room. room was big, v clean and had nice balcony
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do the 7 in 1 trip (actually 14 activities in one morning or one afternoon). It is very good.

Clean and comfortable room, decent bathroom, perfect as a base to explore the beach and surrounds for a day or two. Reception staff was very helpful, with cheap motorbike hire and assistance with taxis, tours and places to eat, etc.

Very friendly staff-helpful, accommodating. Clean, spacious room with nice balcony. The pool was awesome- clean, modern. Nice chairs to lay out on. Hotel is in very convenient location on a quiet quaint street, walking distance to restaurants and beach. Not too too far from busier part of town. Like a 3 min motorbike ride.
