Room is standard but sound-proofing very bad

Decoration of room is nice

during booking the guest house, I have requested additional service like airport transfer. Before I depart, I send again email to double confirm,but no ppl response. At the end,I call a taxi at airport. Is very bad let guests waiting at airport for your service. And also pls response customer email. Besides, sound-proofing is very bad,because I still can heard the noisy come from the street for whole night.
