We feel very comfortable , safe and have a extremenly attentive and professional staff. Since our arrival to the departure, all the staff are ready to help us with our enquires. If you like to go to Phatong, it takes between 35 to 50 minutes to go there by taxi. The hotel offers a paid bus shuttle at fixed hours. The taxi cost you around US 30.00 , one way to Phatong. By shuttle $12.00 .

Fantastic getaway. Beautiful resort. Professional, attentive staff. Large, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Great choice of pools. Baby elephants at the resort and beach were magical. One hour from Patong is too far if this is where you want to party and shop. Not a major issue for our group with major organised activities. Can highly recommend this 5-star resort.
