I think just so so...
New, ocean view, friendly staff

Have free shuttle bus to shopping mall and hotel is new.
But water was no clean and swimming pool water also dirty.
I called many many times for housekeepin. I think not enough staff.
I request cleaned my room in the morning but housekeeping came 5 pm.
And breakfast buffet also everyday same, so so.

Worst experience! Service, food, room all poor!

This's the worst experience. My wife and I arrived hotel at around 1pm but check-in couldn't be done. We were just told the room number but couldn't get the room key. We could only wait in the lobby until 2pm. No welcome drinks(But I saw part of guests had). We didn't wait until 2 and so went outside then came back at 8 and got the room key. We found the room number has changed. After entering the room, oh my god, that's a twin bed room. We did inform the staff we need one-bed room and the staff said that is. Then we've got to rush to reception and asked for room changing. Attitude of the staff was really too bad, her face was just telling us that "You bring me extra work". Even didn't apologize for changing our room without prior notice. About the room, the bath is not working well and we asked house-keeping for checking, but after 30 mins still didn't come, then I call again, also 30 mins didn't come, last time they came, but it cost around 1.5 hrs already. I really can't believe a 5-star hotel can offer service like this. F&B was also not good. Staffs including reception and resturant are all not professional. I had to find vacant seats myself. All staffs are not well trained. Only 2 shuttle bus per day, too less. In conclusion, why this hotel can be rated as 5-star?

Good value for money.
Great views, room and restaurants. 10 mins from Patong. Quite and well layed out.

The views added value to the stay, really good from pool, rooms and restaurants. Inexpensive taxi to Pationg (200 Baht) but the Hotel also provided a free shuttle at specifc times.

I found the staff were always pleasant and accommodting and the views from our room were incredible, overlooking Patong Bay which catered for cruise ships and local fishermen. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Patong but close enough to get into town quickly

Infinity swimming pool, close to but off Patong strip, and new high-quality rooms

Very good infinite swimming pool. Nothing much close to hotel itself. It is about 45 minute walk (some of it along a road with not much walking path) to Patong or THB 300 taxi ride each way (resort has a shuttle but only 3 times a day).
