A bit too far from nightlife entertaintment, and accomodation/bus only 3 times a day, but its ok for family with children, overall its just okay not really good especially for 5 stars resort

Everything is good except the conceirge service was bad.
I was told my room was upgraded but they gave me no view room and the air cond was hot.
Then i requested to change and the room was a lot much better.
Overall the hotel is fine just the reception was a bit let down. And they have good tom yum kung.

Spectacular View but disappointing room allocation

Just like other reviewers we experienced electricity blackout and we booked a room with seaview, please avoid the seaview room on the lower floor as you can also see roads outside your windows! So it was a partial seaview with random people passing by your windows, ended up we close the curtains at most time. But they have a really nice pool overlooking Phuket island and that made up for our enjoyable stay.

Brand new hotel with great view but poor location

this is a totally brand new hotel but with bit far location from patong beach. traffic in phuket is very busy, sometimes we have to spend 30mins to arrive patong beach (esp. evening time).
our room have been upgraded to double pool honeymoon suite. the room has a huge space, a private pool and another infinity pool which is appointed to patong beach view. room is great but the light is very soft (using led) and a lot of mosquitoes.
overall service is just fine. service of restaurant have to improve, the staff there is not so friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a "speed boat" to Phi Phi island. Don't use luxury boat.
Just remind that do not purchase the package from Airport counter. They will recommend you to buy a package with luxury boat. This kind of boat is used to deliver passenger from Phuket to Phi Phi. It will stop in front of the Maya beach and let visitor enjoy the snorkeling. It will stop an hour, but there are too much people with two exits, it was terrible experience. After that, it will bring to Phi Phi island for lunch. It was another terrible story. Poor food and bad environment.
The boat will depart from Phi Phi around 2.30pm. You only spend whole day inside the boat.

We stayed for only one night before move to Panwa beach but we like the view and new resort only weak point was 2 km from patong and taxi was 300 baths atleast !!

Great new hotel with lovely location
The view is great and it is suitably near Patong without being in the hussle and bussle of the town. The Thai Tastes restaurant serves great authentic Thai food and should be advertised more.

I had a lovely time at the hotel. The service was friendly and efficient as one would expect from this part of the world. The views are great, the food good and it is an easy ride to town.
My room was beautifully appointed, the view was great and the bathroom very good. I personally think the bathroom can make or break an experience and in this case it was really nice, large and well appointed.
Restaurant Tip:
Nearby are two or three of the best restaurants in Phuket. The famous Baan Rim Pa, Joe's Downstairs and The White Box. Try them for good food and stunning views.
